Thunderstorms, fireworks, time alone, travel, and unfamiliar situations can trigger stress-related behaviors in dogs. Thundershirt Breeze is made for use during these moments and other common triggers, including vet or grooming appointments, crate training, loud noises, and visitors at home. It is the original dog calming vest and is identified as the #1 vet-recommended option; veterinarians, trainers, and millions of pet parents have used ThunderShirt.

What situations is Thundershirt Breeze made for?

Thundershirt Breeze is designed to help dogs experiencing anxiety, fear, or over-excitement around common stressors. Its intended uses include situations at home and away, from loud weather events to appointments and travel. The vest may also help with stress-related behaviors such as hiding, barking, and destructive behavior; results can vary by dog.

• At home: thunderstorms, fireworks, separation, loud noises, and new visitors.
• Out and about: travel, vet visits, grooming appointments, and crate training.
• For reported results: more than 80% of cases surveyed were helped by ThunderShirt, and 89% of pet parents reported improvement in their dog’s stress-related behaviors while using it.

How does the calming vest work, and how do you put it on?

The patented design applies steady, gentle pressure to your dog’s torso, a sensation compared with swaddling. Fasten the vest around the neck and torso, then adjust it for the pressure your dog needs. No training is required to use it, and the design allows full mobility.

• Fastens around two areas: the neck and torso.
• Adjustable fit lets you set the pressure.
• Designed for use without medication.

What makes the Breeze model breathable and easy to care for?

Thundershirt Breeze uses mesh fabric for extra breathability and cooling airflow. Its lightweight construction is made for comfortable, all-day wear, while the vest remains designed to allow full movement. The fabric is machine washable.

• Product color: sky blue.
• Product size: Large.
• Care: machine wash the vest.

Can Thundershirt Breeze be used with other calming products?

Yes, Thundershirt Breeze can be paired with ThunderEase Dog Calming Pheromone Spray or Diffuser, powered by Adaptil, and ThunderBites Calming Chews. These products are presented as options for creating a broader calming routine alongside the vest.

• Compatible pairing options: ThunderEase spray or diffuser.
