TOMKAS Small Dog and Cat Sling Carrier, Black M with Safety Belt and Zippered Pocket

TOMKAS is a soft crossbody sling carrier for keeping small pets close on walks, outings and travel, with a 10 lb (4.5 kg) maximum capacity.

• Thick, soft fabric — gives your pet a comfortable place to ride close to you.
• Large opening — makes it easier to place your pet in the sling.
• Adjustable safety belt and secure buckle — help keep your pet in place during use.
• Tough stitching — helps prevent seams from cracking during everyday use.
• Adjustable shoulder strap with a sturdy plastic buckle — lets adults and children adjust the strap length.

For small pets that tire easily or need to stay close, a sling carrier offers a hands-free way to bring them along. TOMKAS is made for walks, outings and travel, and can also be useful for older, blind or injured dogs and dogs recovering from surgery. Its black color and crossbody design make it a practical carry option when you want your pet nearby.

Which pets fit the TOMKAS sling carrier?

The carrier is best suited to pets weighing 3–10 lb (1.4–4.5 kg), with a maximum capacity of 10 lb (4.5 kg). This range suits small dogs such as Chihuahuas and Yorkshire Terriers, as well as other pets within the stated weight limit. The shoulder strap adjusts to different lengths for adults and children.

• Product size: M – Classic Pocket & Classic Strap.
• Use the pet’s weight to confirm it falls within the 3–10 lb range.

How does the carrier help keep a pet secure?

An adjustable safety belt and secure buckle help hold your pet in place inside the sling. Fasten the safety buckle to the carrier, not to your dog’s collar; a dog jumping against a collar connection could hurt its neck. The large opening also makes it easier to put your pet in and take them out.

• Keep your pet close while walking or travelling.
• Use the belt and buckle as intended, without attaching them to a collar.

What can you carry in the zippered pocket?

The front pocket closes with a zipper to keep small essentials contained while you carry your pet. It is designed to hold items such as a phone, keys, cards, wallet or dog leash, so these can travel with you in the bag.

• Front zippered pocket for personal items and a leash.
• Classic Pocket & Classic Strap configuration.

The TOMKAS sling is suited to people who want to carry a small dog or cat close during everyday outings, including when a dog needs extra support because of age, blindness, injury or recovery after surgery. It is intended for pets within the 3–10 lb weight range, and its adjustable strap, safety belt and zippered pocket support close, organized carrying.
