TOMKAS Small Dog and Cat Sling Carrier, Black M with Zip Pocket and Safety Belt

The TOMKAS small dog and cat sling carrier is designed to keep a small pet close during walks, outings and travel, with a 10 lb capacity and an adjustable safety belt.

• Fits pets weighing 3–10 lbs, with a 10 lb maximum — helps you choose a carrier for your pet’s weight.
• Safety buckle and adjustable safety belt — help keep your pet in place while being carried.
• Thick, soft selected fabric and tough sutures — provide a soft carrier construction with stitching designed to prevent cracks.
• Front zippered pocket — keeps essentials such as a phone, keys, cards, wallet or leash secured.
• Large opening and adjustable shoulder strap — make it easier to place your pet in the sling and adjust the strap length.

This crossbody pet bag is made for carrying a small companion when walking, traveling or heading out together. It can be especially useful for older, blind or injured dogs, and for dogs recovering after surgery, when staying close to their person is helpful. The black M version has a zip pocket and classic strap.

Which pets does the TOMKAS sling fit?

The TOMKAS sling carrier is best suited to pets weighing from 3 to 10 lbs and has a maximum capacity of 10 lbs. Use your pet’s weight to assess whether this size is suitable before carrying them. The adjustable shoulder strap has a plastic buckle for changing its length, and its adjustment buckle is larger and stronger than those on similar products, making adjustment convenient for adults and children.

• Maximum supported pet weight: 10 lbs.
• Strap length adjusts using the plastic buckle.

How does the carrier help keep a pet secure?

The TOMKAS dog sling combines a safety buckle with an adjustable safety belt to help keep a pet in place. Its large opening makes it easier to settle a pet into the bag, while the thick, soft selected fabric and tough sutures form the carrier. Never attach the safety buckle to a collar: a dog that tries to jump out could hurt its neck.

• Use the safety buckle as intended, not on the collar.
• The large opening supports easier placement into the sling.

What can you carry in the zip pocket?

The TOMKAS carrier has a front zippered pocket for small outing essentials. It can hold a phone, keys, cards, a wallet or a dog leash, keeping these items together while you carry your pet. The zipper helps secure the pocket’s contents during use.

• Front pocket closes with a zipper.
• Designed for essentials including cards, keys and a leash.

The TOMKAS sling is suited to people who want to carry a small dog or cat close during everyday outings, or keep an older, blind, injured or recovering dog near them while moving about. Its adjustable strap, safety belt and zippered storage make it a crossbody carrier for pets within the stated weight range, rather than a carrier for pets over 10 lbs.
