Some small dogs benefit from staying close to their person while out and about. This carrier is made for walks, outings, and travel, and can also carry dogs that are old, blind, injured, or recovering after surgery. Its sling design keeps your pet close while leaving the front pocket available for everyday essentials.

What pets is the TOMKAS sling designed to carry?

The carrier is intended for pets weighing from 3 to 10 lb, with a maximum capacity of 10 lb. Its soft-sided design is suited to small dogs, including Chihuahuas and Yorkshire terriers. A large opening gives you room to place your pet into the sling, while the safety buckle helps keep the dog in place during use.

• Suitable for walking, outings, and travel.
• Can be used to carry older, blind, injured, or post-surgery dogs.

How does the strap adjust?

The shoulder strap adjusts in length using a sturdy plastic buckle. The adjustment buckle is larger and stronger than those on similar products, and the adjustable strap is designed for use by adults and children. Set the strap length to suit the person carrying the bag before heading out.

• Adjustable shoulder strap length.
• Plastic adjustment buckle.

How do the pocket and safety features work?

A front zippered pocket provides enclosed storage for small items you want to carry with your dog. Unlike slings without zippered pockets, this design gives your belongings a zip closure. The safety buckle helps keep your pet in place; do not fasten it to your dog's collar, as a dog jumping out could injure its neck.

• Front pocket closes with a zipper.
• Safety buckle is included inside the carrier.
• Thick, soft fabric and tough stitching help the sling hold together during use.

The TOMKAS sling suits people who want to carry a small dog close during everyday outings, including owners of Chihuahuas and Yorkshire terriers. It is intended for pets within the 3–10 lb range, with a 10 lb maximum capacity, and combines an adjustable shoulder strap, a safety buckle, and a zippered pocket in one carrier.
