Topmart 3-Tier Foam Dog Steps, 15.7-Inch High, with Wide Treads for Furniture

Topmart High Density Extended Foam Dog Ramp&Steps is a three-tier pet stairway designed to help pets reach sofas and beds, with a 15.7-inch (39.9 cm) overall height and broad steps for steady footing.

• Each tread is 15.7 inches (39.9 cm) wide by 10.6 inches (26.9 cm) deep — giving pets room to place their paws.
• Fits furniture 15–19 inches (38.1–48.3 cm) high — suits many standard sofas and mid-height beds.
• 30D high-density grey foam resists yellowing and oxidation — provides firm, comfortable support.
• Supports pets up to 50 lb (22.7 kg), with comfort optimized for pets under 35 lb (15.9 kg) — a fit for small and medium breeds and cats.
• Removable, machine-washable cover — corduroy on top and silicone dots underneath help provide traction.
• Vacuum-packed for arrival — allow 24–48 hours to expand, with no tools or assembly required.

Getting onto furniture can be difficult for senior pets, pets recovering after surgery, or those with limited mobility. These foam steps provide an intermediate route between the floor and a sofa or bed, so pets do not have to make one large jump. The wider, deeper treads are designed to reduce joint strain and offer a more spacious foothold for small to medium dogs and cats.

Which sofas and beds do these steps fit?

The steps are made for furniture between 15 and 19 inches high, including standard couches and mid-height beds. Their overall footprint is 33.1 inches deep (84.1 cm) by 15.7 inches wide (39.9 cm), with a height of 15.7 inches. Compare your furniture height with that range when choosing where to place them.

• The three-tier layout creates a stepped route up to the furniture.
• The foam structure provides a soft surface that can help protect pets and people from bumps.

Are the steps suitable for older or recovering pets?

They are designed for pets that benefit from a lower, staged way to reach furniture, including senior or injured pets and pets recovering after surgery. Topmart identifies French Bulldogs, Corgis, Dachshunds, and cats as suitable examples. The maximum supported weight is 50 lb; comfort is optimized for pets under 35 lb.

• Hip dysplasia and arthritis are among the mobility needs the design is intended to accommodate.
• Firm foam support springs back after use.

What are the foam and cover like?

The steps use upgraded 30D high-density grey foam that resists yellowing and oxidation. The cover has a corduroy surface for natural traction and a silicone-dotted underside intended to grip hardwood, tile, and carpet. A concealed zipper sits behind a protective flap to help keep curious pets from chewing or scratching it.

• Remove the cover by unzipping it, machine wash it, and air dry it.
• The grey foam offers firm support with a comfortable, soft structure.

How do the steps arrive, and do they need assembly?

They arrive compressed in vacuum packaging and need time to regain their shape after unpacking. Let them air out for 24–48 hours; expansion can take longer in a cooler room. No tools or assembly are needed.

• Allow the foam to expand before your pet uses the steps.
• Temperature affects how quickly the foam expands.

These steps are suited to small and medium pets that need help reaching furniture, particularly senior or recovering pets within the stated weight limit. They combine a staged climb, high-density foam, and a washable traction-focused cover in a design sized for many sofas and mid-height beds.
