Tresbro Guinea Pig Cage Liner, 48 x 24 in Waterproof Washable Mat with Raised Sides

Tresbro Guinea Pig Cage Liner is a washable, waterproof mat for 48 x 24 in (121.9 x 61 cm) C&C-grid habitats, with one-motion hooks for attaching it to the enclosure crossbars.

• PVC-coated inner layer — helps keep water and urine from passing through.
• 5.5 in (14 cm) raised sides — help contain hay and droppings inside the liner.
• 600D Oxford cloth and reinforced corners — provide a wear-resistant, non-slip construction.
• Hand- or machine-washable design — makes routine cleaning straightforward.

This liner is made for small-animal enclosures where a washable base can help contain everyday mess and protect the area beneath the habitat. Its hook attachment is designed for use with compatible panels, while the raised sides help keep loose bedding and waste within the mat.

How does the Tresbro liner attach, and what size enclosure fits?

It fits a 48 x 24 in (121.9 x 61 cm) fence and attaches by hanging its hooks over the panel crossbars. Unfold the base mat, position the fence inside it, then hang the hooks; removal is also done by taking the hooks off the bars. This one-motion attachment takes less time than fitting an ordinary liner with hook-and-loop fasteners, which may not keep the base fully flat.

• The cage and panels are not included.
• The hooks can reach a height of 10.2–11.8 in (25.9–30 cm).
• Use with a fence measuring 48 x 24 in; this liner is sized for that enclosure footprint.

How does the liner help contain moisture and cage debris?

A PVC-coated inner layer is designed to prevent water or urine from penetrating, including during prolonged immersion. The 5.5 in (14 cm) side lining helps keep hay and droppings from scattering beyond the mat, and the thickened design is scratch resistant against small-animal claws.

The outer layer is 600D Oxford cloth, which is lighter and more waterproof than canvas. Four reinforced corners add support at the edges, and the mat’s construction is described as wear resistant and non-slip. When moving the assembled playpen, the base can be dragged along with it.

• Raised sides form a boundary around the enclosure base.
• The liner is intended to work with panels to create a small-animal playpen.

How do you clean and dry the Tresbro cage liner?

For a small dirty area, wipe the surface with a cloth and a little water. For a deeper clean, remove the liner from the panels and wash it by hand or in a washing machine; the whole mat can be soaked. Let it air-dry naturally before reinstalling it.

• Remove the hooks from the panel crossbars before washing.
• Rehang the hooks on the crossbars when putting the liner back in place.

Which small animals is this liner designed for?

The mat can be paired with panels to make a playpen for guinea pigs, bunnies, hedgehogs, or cats. Its stated enclosure fit is limited to a 48 x 24 in fence, so compare that footprint with your habitat before choosing it.

• Made for use as a cage or playpen base.
• Designed to be removed for washing and reinstalled on compatible panels.

This Tresbro liner suits small-animal owners who want a washable base for a compatible 48 x 24 in habitat and a hook-on setup. It is intended for guinea pigs, bunnies, hedgehogs, and cats when used with panels that match its specified footprint.
