Tuff Mutt Hands-Free Dog Leash with Adjustable Waist Belt and Stretch Bungee

Tuff Mutt is a hands-free dog leash for walking, running, jogging and hiking, with an adjustable 26-to-48-inch waist belt (66 to 122 cm) and a stretch bungee leash.

• Waist-belt design — keeps both arms free for a natural stride and everyday tasks.
• Bungee stretches 4 to 5 feet (1.2 to 1.5 m) — cushions sudden pulls from your dog.
• Sliding belt clip — lets your dog move from side to side without the leash wrapping around your legs.
• Full-length reflective stitching — adds a reflective detail for dawn and dusk walks.
• Weighs 8.8 oz (249 g), with a 1-inch-wide waistband (2.54 cm) — keeps the walking setup lightweight and adjustable.

Keeping a dog close while moving at your own pace can be harder when one hand is occupied or a leash pulls suddenly. Tuff Mutt is made for walks, runs, jogs and hikes where you want your hands free and your dog by your side. Its waist attachment, sliding clip and bungee section are designed to support movement on trails, city streets and park paths.

How does the leash handle movement and pulling?

The belt-mounted clip glides as your dog changes sides, helping prevent the leash from winding around your legs or causing a trip mid-stride. The bungee section stretches 4 to 5 feet (1.2 to 1.5 m) to soften sudden lunges, such as when your dog spots a squirrel, helping you stay balanced and keep your pace. Full-length reflective stitching is included for dawn and dusk use.

• Designed for medium to large dogs weighing 25 to 120 lb (11.3 to 54.4 kg).
• Clip the leash to a harness for more control.

How does the waist belt fit?

The adjustable waistband fits 26 to 48 inches (66 to 122 cm) and is 1 inch wide (2.54 cm). For a more secure fit, tighten the belt at your hips, then slide the black keeper ring snug against the adjuster. The leash weighs 8.8 oz (249 g), keeping the hands-free setup light to wear on walks or longer outings.

• Set the belt at your hips before tightening it.
• Use the keeper ring beside the adjuster to help stop the belt from slipping.

Can it also be used as a regular leash?

Yes. The leash unclips from the waist belt to work as a standard leash, so you can switch between hands-free walking and holding the leash. Two handles provide different grip options: use the hip handle for casual walks and the collar handle for firmer control when passing another dog or crossing traffic.

• The belt and leash can be separated.
• Reflective stitching runs the full length of the leash.

Tuff Mutt suits dog owners who walk, run, jog or hike with a medium to large dog and want their hands free while keeping a choice of handle grips. Its adjustable waist belt, sliding clip, stretch bungee and detachable leash support movement on everyday routes and trails.
