How does the fleece sweater help keep a dog warm?

The Tuff Pupper dog fleece sweater uses brushed knit fabric and a padded inner lining to help hold your dog’s body heat. Its soft, stretchy construction is designed for movement during walks and comfort while relaxing, and the coat is intended for cold-weather wear. The rain- and snow-repellent design adds weather-focused coverage without changing how the harness port works.

• The fleece fabric has a brushed surface.
• The inner lining is padded.
• The reflective detail runs along the back for visibility during morning, evening and roadside walks.

Can a dog wear a harness with this sweater?

Yes, the Tuff Pupper sweater has a waterproof zipper on the back that opens access to the harness clip beneath it. Connect a leash through the harness port, or attach the leash to a collar. A wide belly strap wraps under the dog and adjusts to secure the coat, while the Velcro closure is designed not to catch your dog’s fur or stick to the fleece.

• The back zipper gives access to the harness clip without removing the coat.
• The adjustable strap fastens around the underbelly.
• The back also carries the reflective design.

How do you choose the size and care for the coat?

This listing is for the blue Medium Tuff Pupper dog fleece sweater, with other sizes available for different dog body types. Measure your dog’s back with a soft tape measure and compare the measurement with the size chart to choose a suitable fit. After a walk through snow, salt or sidewalk slush, machine wash and dry the coat for routine cleaning.

• Available sizes include options for small, medium and large dogs.
• The Velcro closure is designed to avoid pulling fur and damaging the fleece.
• Tuff Pupper provides a replacement or refund at no cost for issues in the first 30 days and a lifetime guarantee against manufacturer defects.

This coat suits dog owners looking for a warm fleece layer with harness access, adjustable fastening and reflective detail for low-light outings. Its medium blue version combines padded fleece construction with a back zipper port for harness use.
