Ulugt Dog Pooper Scooper with 40-Inch Handle, Swivel Bin & Rake

Ulugt’s long-handle dog pooper scooper is made for picking up dog waste without bending, with a 40-inch (101.6 cm) handle and an adjustable swivel bin paired with a rake.

• Manganese steel alloy scooping components — built with greater wear resistance and resistance to deformation than the all-plastic options described in the product details.
• Odor-proof swivel-bin cover — helps seal in odors and keeps flies and water from entering the bin.
• 20 extra-thick waste bags — three times thicker than standard garbage bags to help resist tears.
• Locking bag clip — holds a waste bag in place as you scoop.
• Tool-free snap-on assembly — sets up without extra tools.

Picking up pet waste can mean repeated bending and switching tools to handle different yard surfaces. Ulugt combines a rake and rotating bin in one portable set for cleanup at home or on walks. It is suitable for large, medium, and small dogs, and can also be used to gather leaves and garden debris.

What is the scooper made from?

The scooping components use manganese steel alloy, while the bin and connectors are not made from that alloy. Its wear resistance and resistance to deformation distinguish the alloy components from standard all-plastic scooper options, which are more prone to damage.

• The set pairs a rake with a rotating collection bin.
• The bin can be positioned at different angles for scooping.

How do the bin and waste bags work?

The adjustable swivel bin can be set at any angle, and its cover helps contain odors while keeping flies and water out. An enhanced locking clip secures the bag to the bin so it is less likely to shift or fall off during use.

• Includes 20 extra-thick bags, each three times thicker than standard garbage bags.
• Everyday household garbage bags can also be used with the scooper.

Which surfaces and cleanup tasks suit this set?

The rake-and-bin combination is designed for use on grass, concrete, gravel, and dirt. It collects dog waste as well as leaves and garden debris, making it useful for yard maintenance and cleanup during walks.

• Suitable for large, medium, and small dog breeds.
• The rotating bin helps you position the collection opening for the task.

Does assembly require tools, and can it reduce bending?

Assembly uses a snap-on design and requires no extra tools; detailed instructions are included. The long handle lets adults, older adults, pregnant individuals, and children pick up waste and debris without bending over.

• Assemble the snap-on components using the included instructions.
• Use the rake to move waste or debris into the bin.

Ulugt suits dog owners looking for a portable cleanup set for different outdoor surfaces, as well as households that need to collect leaves or garden debris. Its long handle, rake, and adjustable collection bin bring those cleanup tasks together without requiring the user to bend over.
