Unicorn Catcher Large Cat Litter Mat, 40 x 30 in, Dense Mesh

Unicorn Catcher Large Cat Litter Mat is a 40 x 30 in (101.6 x 76.2 cm) litter-catching mat designed to collect litter around the litter box and provide cats with a broad surface.

• Dense mesh surface — catches litter that falls outside the litter box.
• Room to rest and play — gives cats an additional area on the mat.
• PVC loop wire construction — creates a cushioned feel for sensitive paws.
• Foldable design — makes the mat easy to fold and helps it retain its shape.

Litter can scatter beyond the box as cats use it, leaving pieces on the surrounding floor. This mat is made to sit in the litter area, where its mesh can collect fallen litter and help keep the floor cleaner. Its wide footprint also gives cats space to pause, rest, or play near the box.

How does the mat help catch litter?

The dense mesh collects litter that falls around the litter box, helping keep it in one place rather than spread across the floor. The mat’s broad coverage gives scattered litter a larger surface to land on, and collected litter can be returned to the litter box to help reduce waste.

• Designed for use around a cat litter box.
• Provides a surface for litter collection as well as resting and play.

What size is the mat?

The mat measures 40 x 30 in (101.6 x 76.2 cm), giving it a large footprint for the area around a litter box. Compare those measurements with the floor space available where you plan to place it. The wide format is intended to cover more surrounding floor than a small mat.

• Rectangular footprint: 40 inches by 30 inches.
• Use the listed dimensions to judge how it will fit in your litter area.

What is it made from, and how does it feel for cats?

Unicorn Catcher uses PVC loop wire to create a soft, cushioned surface for sensitive paws. The flexible mat can be folded and is not easily deformed, so it can bend while retaining its shape. Its surface gives cats a comfortable place to stand, rest, or play near their litter box.

• PVC loop wire material.
• Soft, cushioned feel intended to be gentle on cats’ claws.

How do you clean the litter mat?

For everyday cleanup, pick up the mat and shake loose litter away. A vacuum cleaner is another cleaning option. For a deeper wash, use soap and warm water.

• Shake to release collected litter.
• Vacuum for a convenient cleanup or wash with soap and warm water.

This mat suits cat owners who want a larger litter-catching surface around the box, with a cushioned area their cat can also use to rest or play. Its 40 x 30 in footprint, dense mesh, and PVC loop wire construction bring litter collection and a soft paw surface together in one mat.
