Cold weather and snow can make outdoor time less comfortable for smaller dogs. This coat combines warm inner layers with a hood for added coverage, making it suited to winter outings, including hikes and other outdoor adventures. Its design also includes practical details for getting the coat on and using a leash.

How does the coat provide coverage in cold weather?

The hood has a windproof design and adds coverage for a dog’s head and ears in cold weather and snow. Inside, a fleece lining and middle layer of polyester filler provide the coat’s warm construction.

• The hood adds coverage around the head and ears.
• The coat is intended for cold-weather use, including snowy conditions.

How do I choose the XS size?

For XS, use chest girth as the priority measurement when comparing the coat with your dog’s size. Measure your dog before ordering; if the chest measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size.

• Chest: 10–12 in (25–30 cm).
• Neck: 9.5 in (24 cm).
• Back: 9.5 in (23 cm).

How does the coat work for walks and everyday care?

Fasten it with the metal snaps, then use the opening on the back to access a leash during outdoor outings. The coat is lightweight and durable, with detailed stitching, and it can be machine washed.

• The back opening is positioned for leash access.
• The snap fastening is designed for putting the coat on and taking it off.

Vecomfy’s warm dog coat is suited to owners of smaller dogs looking for a fleece-lined layer with hood coverage for cold-weather walks and outdoor activities. The XS fit is defined by its chest, neck, and back measurements, so comparing those measurements with your dog helps guide size selection.
