• 17-inch-wide (43.2 cm) steps — give dogs a broad surface for climbing into the car.
• Rigid steel mesh steps and a reinforced frame rated for 200 pounds (90.7 kg) — provide support for large dogs within the weight limit.
• Non-slip rug surfaces on the steps and non-slip padding underneath — add traction while your dog climbs.
• Folds to 13 × 17 × 6 inches (33 × 43.2 × 15.2 cm) and weighs about 13 pounds (5.9 kg) — make the stairs easier to carry and store.

Getting into a vehicle can be a demanding step for senior dogs, puppies and large breeds. Veehoo stairs create a series of steps instead of a slide-like ramp, with an adjustable height for a gentler climb. They are made for car boarding and outdoor use, including situations where paws or the steps may get wet or muddy.

How do the Veehoo dog steps help with car entry?

The steps give your dog a stair-by-stair route into the vehicle, and their height can be adjusted to match the car. The design is intended to make climbing easier on a dog’s hips and joints, while the stepped surface helps reduce slipping compared with slide-like ramps. The 17-inch-wide (43.2 cm) treads provide room for large breeds such as Golden Retrievers and Labradors to place their paws as they climb.

• Height adjusts between 20 inches (50.8 cm) and 25 inches (63.5 cm).
• Designed with senior dogs, puppies and large breeds in mind.

Will the Veehoo steps fit my car and my dog?

Veehoo dog steps are designed to fit most sedans and compact SUVs, with the adjustable height helping you set the stairs to your vehicle. The reinforced steel frame supports up to 200 pounds (90.7 kg), so compare your dog’s weight with that limit before use. For fit, also consider the 17-inch-wide (43.2 cm) step surface and the height range when positioning the stairs at your vehicle.

• The open steel mesh forms the rigid construction of each step.
• Rubberized handles and edges help prevent damage to car paint.

How do the Veehoo dog stairs fold and set up?

To unfold them, grip the handle and lift; changing the height takes seconds and requires no tools. When folded, the stairs measure 13 inches long × 17 inches wide × 6 inches high (33 × 43.2 × 15.2 cm), and the unit weighs about 13 pounds (5.9 kg). These folded dimensions and weight make the stairs easier to carry and store between outings.

• The height is adjusted by lifting the handle and setting the stairs to the vehicle height.
• Rubberized handles provide a grip point for folding and carrying.

What helps keep the Veehoo steps steady and easy to clean?

Each step has a non-slip rug surface, and non-slip padding is attached underneath to help limit movement on the ground. A stabilizing crossbar is designed to reduce wobbling as a pet boards; for added stability, attach the crossbar to the trunk. The open steel mesh can be rinsed after muddy or wet outdoor use.

• Introduce the steps by letting your dog become familiar with their scent.
• Treats and encouragement during the first use can help build your dog’s confidence.

These foldable car stairs suit owners who want a stepped way for a senior dog, puppy or large breed to board a sedan or compact SUV, with a height range and weight capacity to compare against their vehicle and pet. They combine adjustable-height steel mesh steps, non-slip surfaces and a compact folded form for car outings.
