Veehoo Wide Dog Stairs for Large Dogs, 20-Inch, 3-Step 18-Inch Rise

Veehoo dog stairs help large dogs reach beds, couches, and window perches, with 20 in (50.8 cm)-wide steps and a choice of 3-step or 4-step configurations reaching 18 in (45.72 cm) or 24 in (60.96 cm).

• 20 in-wide steps and 6 in (15.24 cm) step height — give larger dogs a broad, manageable climbing surface.
• 3-step and 4-step options — choose a stair height to suit the furniture or perch.
• 30D high-density foam core and firm support board, for dogs up to 90 lb (40.8 kg) — provide support for large breeds.
• Textured corduroy and a slip-resistant base — offer grip on hardwood, tile, and laminate floors.
• Removable, machine-washable cover and waterproof bottom liner — make routine cleaning easier and help protect the foam.

Getting onto elevated furniture can be difficult for big dogs, especially seniors or dogs recovering from surgery. These foam steps are made for access to a bed, couch, or window perch, and their wide treads give breeds such as Labradors, Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, Boxers, Rottweilers, Bernese Mountain Dogs, and Huskies room to climb. The step design also suits injured dogs that need extra joint support.

Which Veehoo dog stair height should I choose?

Choose the 3-step version for a rise of 18 in, or the 4-step version for a rise of 24 in. Both configurations have 6 in-high steps, so you can compare the total rise with the height of the bed, couch, or window perch your dog needs to reach. Each tread is 20 in wide, providing space for larger dogs as they climb.

• 3-step configuration: reaches 18 in.
• 4-step configuration: reaches 24 in.
• Intended furniture access: beds, couches, and window perches.

What supports large dogs on the steps?

The stair core uses 30D high-density foam with a firm support board, and the steps are designed for dogs weighing up to 90 lb. The wide format and individual steps provide a route up to furniture for larger breeds, as well as senior or injured dogs that need extra joint support. For dogs recovering from surgery, the stairs provide step-by-step access rather than requiring a single leap.

• Examples of suitable large breeds include Labradors, Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, Boxers, Rottweilers, Bernese Mountain Dogs, and Huskies.
• Insert the plastic sheet before use for better support.

How do I clean and set up the Veehoo dog stairs?

The corduroy cover has textured ridges for grip and can be removed and machine washed. A waterproof liner on the bottom helps shield the foam core from accidents, spills, and muddy paws. Underneath, the slip-resistant base is designed to grip hardwood, tile, and laminate flooring while your dog climbs.

• The stairs are vacuum-sealed; allow 48–72 hours for the foam to fully expand.
• If a corner remains compressed, use a hair dryer on low heat to help it recover.
• The cover is machine washable; the foam core is protected by the bottom liner.

Veehoo dog stairs are suited to large dogs that need a step-up route to furniture, and to senior or injured dogs that benefit from supported climbing. Their wide steps, firm foam construction, washable cover, and choice of stair heights make them a practical fit for everyday access to beds, couches, and window perches.
