Vegeggs Medium Dog Door for Doors, Magnetic Flap and Slide-In Locking Panel

Vegeggs is a durable plastic pet door for medium dogs and cats, with a magnetic flap and slide-in locking panel for independent access and adjustable control.

• For medium dogs and cats up to 40 lb (18.1 kg) — supports everyday in-and-out access for pets within the stated weight limit.
• Flap opening: 8 1/8 in wide x 13 2/5 in high (20.6 x 33 cm); cutout: 8 1/4 in x 13 in (21 x 33 cm); frame: 10 1/2 in x 15 in (26.7 x 38.1 cm) — compare the cutout dimensions with your installation space.
• Flexible flap with magnetic closure — helps the flap return after your pet passes and reduce light gaps, drafts, and wind blow-through.
• Slide-in locking panel — lets you close the pet door when you want to keep pets inside.
• Durable plastic construction — provides a pet access point for daily home routines.

For households whose pets ask to go outside throughout the day, repeated door opening can interrupt cooking, work, and family routines. Vegeggs gives eligible pets a way to move between indoors and outdoors more independently, so they do not have to wait at the door for each potty break or outdoor visit. The design is intended for regular home use, with a flap for daily passage and a panel for times when access should be closed.

Will this Vegeggs pet door fit my pet and door opening?

It is designed for medium dogs and cats weighing up to 40 lb, and the flap opening measures 8 1/8 in wide by 13 2/5 in high. The required door cutout is 8 1/4 in wide by 13 in high, while the outer frame measures 10 1/2 in wide by 15 in high. Compare the cutout size with the space available before installation; the flap opening and frame are separate measurements.

• Suitable for pets within the stated weight limit.
• The frame is telescoping to accommodate the specified installation thickness range.

Which doors can the Vegeggs dog door be installed in?

It is designed for many wood, PVC, metal, and panel doors, as well as suitable wall applications. The installation thickness range is 1/16 in to 2.5 in (0.16 to 6.35 cm), so compare your door or wall thickness with that range. DIY installation uses the included template and hardware with standard household tools.

• Package contents: six silver hex nuts, six nylon screws plus one spare, and one screw installation aid.
• Install all six screws to secure the pet door in place.

How do the Vegeggs flap and locking panel work?

The flexible flap uses magnetic closure to help it return after each pass, which helps reduce gaps, drafts, and wind blow-through. Slide the included panel into place when you want to restrict access, such as at bedtime, in bad weather, or during travel.

• Use the flap for routine pet passage in and out.
• Use the slide-in panel when you want the opening closed.

Vegeggs says it stands behind its pet doors. This door suits households with medium dogs or cats within the stated weight limit and a compatible door or wall thickness, especially when pets need regular outdoor access during the day. Its magnetic flap supports everyday passage, while the removable locking panel gives owners a way to close the opening when needed.
