Vet visits, car rides, grooming, thunderstorms, and fireworks can bring situational stress, while some dogs also show everyday signs such as excessive barking, destructive behavior, hiding, or separation anxiety. Calm & Confident is made for those moments and can also be used daily. It is the renamed version of VetriScience’s original Composure formula.

How quickly can Calm & Confident work?

The formula is clinically tested to work within 30 minutes, with results lasting up to four hours. Give the recommended number of chews before an anticipated stressor, such as a vet visit or thunderstorm. It is promoted as the Vets’ #1 Calming Chew and a preferred choice in veterinary clinics across the country.

• Designed for everyday stress as well as situational anxiety.
• May be used as needed or daily.
• The dose can be doubled or tripled during periods of added stress.

What is in these calming chews, and how are they intended to help?

Colostrum, L-theanine, and vitamin B1 are included in a vet-formulated blend intended to support calm; the colostrum blend also supports cognitive function. The chews are designed to help dogs manage stress without sedative effects, so the intended calming support does not rely on making a dog feel tired or groggy.

• Naturally sourced ingredients.
• Chicken flavor in a bite-sized chew format.
• No hidden ingredients, artificial flavors, or synthetic colors.

Which dogs can use Calm & Confident?

The chicken-flavored chews are made for dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes. The formula is certified by the National Animal Supplement Council (NASC) and routinely undergoes third-party testing. For use, follow the recommended number of chews for your dog; the product description gives no fixed serving amount to apply across all dogs.

• Made in the USA.
• Available in a 60-count container.

Calm & Confident suits dog owners looking for treat-format support around predictable stressors or as part of a daily routine, including for dogs showing common signs of anxiety. Its intended role is stress and anxiety support, with a formula designed to promote calm without sedative effects.
