We Love Doodles Large Double-Sided Dog Slicker Brush for Detangling Dense, Curly Coats

We Love Doodles Large Double-Sided Slicker Brush is designed to detangle dog coats and lift loose fur, with soft pins approximately 1 inch (2.54 cm) long.

• Two-sided brush design — helps work through knots and mats more efficiently.
• Flexible brush head — adjusts to your dog’s body and reaches areas prone to tangles.
• Soft pins angled at approximately 45 degrees — reach into the coat while being designed to avoid scratching skin.
• Ergonomic design — supports comfortable handling during longer grooming sessions and helps reduce wrist strain.
• Made for Poodles, Doodles and Goldendoodles — suits short or long coats with dense, curly or wavy textures.

Long or dense coats can collect loose undercoat and develop knots in areas that are harder to reach. This slicker brush is made for regular home grooming of dogs whose coats need help with tangles, mats and shedding, including curly- and wavy-coated Doodles.

Which dogs and coat types is this slicker brush made for?

We Love Doodles made this brush for Poodles, Doodles and Goldendoodles, as well as dogs with similar coat types. It is suitable for short- and long-haired coats, including dense, curly and wavy textures. Its intended grooming jobs include loosening fur and working through knots and mats.

• For grooming a range of coat lengths and textures.
• Designed to address both loose fur and tangled areas.

How does the double-sided brush help with tangles?

The two-sided design gives you a brush made to work through knots and mats more efficiently. Its flexible head adjusts to your dog’s body, helping you reach difficult areas where matting is more likely. The long, soft pins are bent and angled at approximately 45 degrees for deeper brushing, with the angle designed to help protect your dog’s skin during head-to-tail grooming.

• Flexible head follows the body during brushing.
• Long pins are intended to reach further into the coat.

Can I use it for grooming at home?

Yes. We Love Doodles designed this slicker brush to help owners work toward professional grooming results at home. The ergonomic design supports comfortable handling during extended sessions, and brushing can help remove loose undercoat and prevent future matting in hard-to-reach areas. The brush is also intended to leave the coat looking smoother and healthier.

• Made for home grooming of dense and long coats.
• Designed for brushing from head to tail.

This Large brush is suited to dog owners grooming Poodles, Doodles, Goldendoodles and dogs with comparable coat textures. It is intended for coat care—including loose fur, knots and mats—rather than for a coat type outside the stated short- or long-haired, dense, curly or wavy range. Its two-sided design, flexible head and long angled pins support at-home grooming across those coats.
