Taking a cat outdoors calls for a harness designed around a cat’s fit and a gradual introduction to leash walking. This set is made for walks and outdoor adventures, with adjustable sizing and a training approach that starts indoors. A proper fit and leash-control practice are part of using the harness as a safety mechanism.

What makes this harness suitable for cat walks?

Its cat-specific, upgraded H-style design retains the anti-escape structure of a traditional H harness. Wider straps around the neck and chest-belly area are intended to provide a more comfortable wearing experience, while the padded vest is designed for comfort and protection during walks.

• H-style construction with an anti-escape design.
• Wider coverage around the neck and chest-belly area.
• Padded vest style for walks and outdoor use.

How do I choose the right harness fit?

The harness is adjustable, and choosing the right size depends on your cat’s chest and neck girths. Measure both areas and use the size chart to select a fit; the product size is extra large.

• Take your cat’s chest-girth measurement.
• Take your cat’s neck-girth measurement.
• Use both measurements when choosing a size.

How does the fastening work, and how should I introduce the leash?

The harness uses a strong hook-and-loop fastener that is lightweight and easy to fasten, without harsh webbing or buckles. Proper leash-control training is required so the harness can serve as a safety mechanism; some cats may initially keep falling over as they get used to wearing it.

• Practice indoors for 30 minutes every day or twice a day.
• Use the walking-training video for tips on introducing your cat to leash walking.
• Keep leash control as part of harness training.

This set suits cat owners looking for an adjustable harness-and-leash option for walks and outdoor adventures, and who can make indoor practice part of introducing leash use. It combines a padded, cat-specific harness with an easy-to-fasten hook-and-loop closure and guidance to train before walking.
