For cats getting used to walking on a leash, a secure-feeling harness is part of the routine, alongside gradual indoor practice and leash control. This set is made for walks and outdoor adventures, with a vest-style fit intended specifically for cats. The adjustable design lets you match the fit to your cat’s measurements rather than relying on size alone.

How is this harness designed to stay on during walks?

The YIZHI MIAOW cat harness builds on a traditional H-style anti-escape design, with wider straps around the neck and chest-belly area. Its cat-specific shape combines those straps with a padded vest, making it a wearable option for walks and outdoor outings. The set pairs the harness with a leash for controlled walking.

• Hook-and-loop fastening is easy to fasten.
• The lightweight fastener is designed to be safe on delicate skin.
• The construction avoids harsh webbing and buckles.

How do I choose the right fit for my cat?

Measure your cat’s chest girth and neck girth, then use those measurements with the size chart to select the size. The harness is adjustable, and this version is Large; choosing by both measurements helps you select a suitable fit for your cat.

• Take both chest and neck measurements before choosing.
• Use the size chart to compare your cat’s girths with the available size guidance.
• Adjust the harness for your cat after selecting the size.

How should my cat get used to the harness and leash?

YIZHI MIAOW recommends leash-control training so the harness can serve as a safety mechanism. Begin with indoor practice for 30 minutes each day or twice a day. Falling over at the very beginning is normal; the training video offers walking tips to support the practice process.

• Start training indoors.
• Practice regularly before using the harness outdoors.
• Use leash control as part of the training routine.

This set suits cat owners looking for a cat-specific harness and leash for training and walks, especially those who want an adjustable vest design with padded construction. It is sized Large, and the fit should be selected using both chest and neck girths.
