Small-animal enclosures need to make observation practical while providing a contained space for a habitat setup. This large Zilla Micro Habitat is made for small reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates, including isopod setups, as well as display arrangements. Its clear walls let you see activity across the enclosure, while the base accommodates habitat materials and light moisture needs.

What pets and setups is this habitat designed for?

The Zilla Micro Habitat is designed for small reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates, and can also be used for display setups. The Large size is the model name; no physical dimensions are provided here, so the size label alone does not give a measurement for comparing a specific pet or location. The range also comes in terrestrial and arboreal styles and multiple sizes.

• Suitable for small-pet habitats and display arrangements.
• Terrestrial and arboreal styles are available in the Micro Habitat range.

Can you see inside and keep the enclosure closed?

Yes. Transparent acrylic walls provide an unobstructed view through 360 degrees, and a locking handle helps prevent accidental escapes by keeping the enclosure closed. This combination makes it easier to view activity without relying on an opaque enclosure.

• Clear walls offer views from all sides.
• A locking handle secures the enclosure closure.

How does the base and stackable design work?

The molded base is watertight and holds substrate, décor, and light moisture without leaking. The enclosure also stacks vertically with other Micro Habitats, which supports a multi-enclosure display without requiring each habitat to occupy a separate level.

• Base design accommodates substrate and décor.
• Vertical stacking suits displays with multiple habitats.
• Assembly and disassembly make cleaning and storage convenient.

The Zilla Micro Habitat, Large, suits keepers setting up a compact enclosure for a small reptile, amphibian, or invertebrate, and anyone arranging multiple habitats for display. Its clear viewing area, secure closure, and watertight molded base bring observation and habitat setup together in one stackable enclosure.
