ZONI PETS Happy Hoodie Calming Band for Dogs & Cats, 2-Pack Noise Relief

ZONI PETS Happy Hoodie is a two-band calming wrap for dogs and cats, designed to help soothe pets during stressful grooming and noisy situations with soft, expandable, double-ply fabric.

• Created as a grooming tool by groomers — helps calm pets during force drying and other grooming tasks.
• Gentle compression over covered ear canals — reduces noise exposure.
• Four sizes for most dog breeds — helps you choose a closer fit.
• Machine washable — makes routine cleaning straightforward.
• Designed in the USA and used as a calming aid since 2008 — brings an established design to grooming and home routines.
• Can be used at home, in the car, or at the vet — supports calm during a range of potentially stressful situations.

Happy Hoodie is made for moments when noise, handling, or ear movement can unsettle a pet. It began as a grooming aid for the loud noise and high-pressure airflow of force drying, and can also be used during nail clipping, clipper work, brushing, and bathing. At home, it may help pets cope with sounds such as thunder, fireworks, vacuums, and gunfire.

How does Happy Hoodie reduce noise during grooming?

Position the pet’s ears down over the ear canals, then secure the band so it fits snugly. Its gentle compression helps close off the ear canals and reduce noise exposure during force drying or other stressful grooming tasks. The snug fit is intentional, and the stretchy fabric should feel secure rather than loose.

• Cover the ear canals with the ears before securing the band.
• If four fingers fit underneath, the band is not too tight.
• Use it during stressful situations rather than keeping it on continuously.

When can I use Happy Hoodie beyond grooming?

Happy Hoodie is intended for stressful situations at home, in the car, and at veterinary visits, as well as grooming. Its swaddling effect is designed to soothe and comfort pets. It can also keep long ear and facial hair up and out of the way while a pet eats or drinks, and serve as a neck or ear warmer in cold weather. When wet, it can be used to help keep a pet cool in hot weather.

• Use it during exposure to loud household or outdoor noises.
• It can be worn with anxiety vests, stress collars, calming scarves, or oral calming remedies.
• It can complement fireworks or separation-anxiety jackets when used together.

Can Happy Hoodie be used as an ear wrap?

Veterinarians recommend Happy Hoodie for several ear-protection uses. As an ear wrap, it may help prevent or support healing of hematomas associated with head shaking, help control bleeding, and keep ear medication from being shaken out. It can also protect ears during swimming and bath time or after surgery.

• Its use may help aerate ears during recovery from an ear infection.
• It can be used as an ear-protection aid after surgery.
• These uses are supportive; follow your veterinarian’s guidance for ear conditions or recovery.

How do I choose a size and care for the band?

Happy Hoodie comes in four sizes to accommodate most dog breeds. Use the size guide before choosing; the Large size corresponds to Med/Large. The fabric is soft and expandable, and the band is machine washable for repeat use. The design is intended to be quick to use and clean, and the brand describes it as a long-lasting, economical calming aid.

• Compare your pet with the size guide before purchase.
• For noise reduction, fit the band snugly with the ears covering the ear canals.
• Since 2008, Happy Hoodie has been presented as a natural, homeopathic calming aid.

Happy Hoodie is suited to pet owners and groomers looking for a reusable wrap for grooming, noise exposure, ear protection, or keeping long ear hair clear during meals. It is designed for dogs and cats, with four sizes made to accommodate most dog breeds, and its snug, stretchy fit helps cover the ear canals when noise reduction is the goal.
