Zoo Med Turtle Dock 11 x 15 in Floating Basking Platform with Submerged Ramp

Zoo Med Turtle Dock is a floating basking platform for aquatic turtles, with a self-leveling design and submerged ramp for access to a dry basking area.

• Self-leveling floating dock — adjusts to all water levels.
• Submerged access ramp — gives aquatic pets a way up to the dry basking area.
• Faux-rock basking surface — provides a place to bask beneath heat and UVB lamps.
• Four sizes — options accommodate newts, frogs, and turtles.
• Made in the USA — gives the dock a stated domestic origin.

Aquatic pets need access to a dry area for basking. Zoo Med Turtle Dock brings the water and basking areas together, with a ramp that starts below the water and leads onto the floating platform. Its self-leveling action is designed to keep the dock adjusted to water levels, while the dry surface provides a basking spot for use with heat and UVB lamps.

How does the Turtle Dock help aquatic pets reach a basking area?

The submerged ramp leads from the water onto the dry platform, giving aquatic turtles an accessible route out of the water. The floating dock adjusts to water levels through its self-leveling feature, and its faux-rock surface serves as the basking area.

• The ramp sits below the waterline.
• The basking area is dry.

What size is the Zoo Med Turtle Dock?

This Turtle Dock measures 11 x 15 in (27.94 x 38.1 cm). The product range has four sizes intended to accommodate newts, frogs, or turtles, so choose a size suited to the pet using the basking platform.

• The 11 x 15 in size is one stated dock size.
• Size options are available for different aquatic pets.

What is the Turtle Dock designed to do?

Zoo Med Turtle Dock provides aquatic turtles with a dry place to bask. Positioning the basking area beneath heat and UVB lamps allows the pet to bask with exposure to those lamps; the dock itself is the floating platform and access ramp.

• Made for aquatic pets that need access to a dry basking area.
• The ramp connects the water to the platform.

Zoo Med Turtle Dock suits keepers looking for a floating basking spot with an underwater route onto a dry surface. The four-size range covers newts, frogs, and turtles, while the 11 x 15 in option provides a specific size to compare with the space and pet it is intended to serve. It is a basking platform, not a heat or UVB lamp; its role is to provide the dry area beneath those lamps. For aquatic pets that need a route from the water to a dry basking spot, it combines a self-leveling floating dock, submerged ramp, and faux-rock surface.
