Alidou Advanced 7-Row LED Aquarium Light is a programmable full-spectrum light for 24–30 inch freshwater planted tanks, with a 24/7 lighting cycle and 32W output.

• Automatic 24-hour cycle with 18 time periods — schedules changing light through daytime, nighttime and lights-off periods.
• DIY, Day and Night custom modes — set schedules, colors and brightness to suit your tank routine.
• 182 LEDs, 2200 lumens and 7000K white light — provides full-spectrum illumination for freshwater plants and tank viewing.
• IP68-rated light with a 1.2 cm aluminum shell — designed for aquarium use and heat transfer.
• Wired controller, ETL-certified low-voltage adapter and adjustable metal brackets — includes the key parts for setting up the light.

Freshwater planted tanks benefit from a lighting schedule that can follow a daily rhythm, while adjustable color and brightness let you tailor the appearance of the tank. Alidou combines an automatic cycle with three custom modes, so you can use its preset progression or set timing and lighting preferences yourself. Its size range is intended for long tanks from 24 to 30 inches.

How does the Alidou aquarium light’s 24/7 cycle work?

The automatic rhythm runs through 18 periods across 24 hours, shifting the light through a daily sequence. Day periods L1–L13 simulate changes in sunlight color temperature and brightness from sunrise to sunset. Night periods L14–L17 transition blue light from bright to dim, and L18 switches the light off. The cycle is designed to give the tank a programmed day-to-night pattern.

• The controller clock keeps time for the 24-hour schedule.
• Set local time so the programmed lighting follows your chosen daily timing.
• The light turns on and off automatically when scheduled periods begin and end.

What can I customize in DIY, Day and Night modes?

DIY mode lets you configure four lighting periods, L1–L4, within a 24-hour schedule, with L5 reserved for lights-off. For each configurable period, choose its start and end time, color and brightness. Day mode uses white light, with brightness adjustable from 10% to 100% and freely set start and end times. Night mode offers red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue or purple light, also with adjustable brightness from 10% to 100% and freely set times.

• Choose among white plus seven Night mode hues for eight available color options.
• Switch between four working modes with one button, including the automatic rhythm.
• Use the controller’s 10 setting buttons and red indicator to view the current time, mode, color and brightness.

Will this light fit my aquarium, and what is included?

The Alidou light is made for freshwater tank lengths of 24–30 inches (61–76 cm). Compare that range with your aquarium before choosing; the light’s two adjustable metal brackets are included for positioning on the tank. The complete set contains one LED light with wired controller, one AC/DC adapter, two adjustable metal brackets and one user manual.

The light uses 182 LEDs: 28 RGB, 118 white, 12 blue, 12 red and 12 green. Its 5054 and 2835 LED beads produce 7000K white light with a color rendering index of 90; rated output is 2200 lumens at 32W. The maker says the light promotes aquatic plant growth and makes plant colors appear lifelike, while its high color rendering is intended to show tank colors clearly.

• Input: AC 100–240V; output: DC 24V.
• The separable low-voltage DC adapter is ETL certified.
• The power cord sections measure 2.1 ft (0.64 m) and 4.9 ft (1.49 m).

What are the light’s construction and water-resistance details?

The LED light has an IP68 waterproof rating, and its 1.2 cm aluminum shell is designed to transfer heat. The product data also identifies its light as flicker-free. These construction details support use over an aquarium where splashes may occur.

• Seven rows of LED beads combine white, RGB, blue, red and green lighting.
• The low-voltage adapter separates from the light setup.

This programmable aquarium light suits freshwater planted-tank owners who want a timed daily cycle, adjustable color and brightness, and a controller-operated setup. Its 24–30 inch fit range and included adjustable brackets make it a defined option for tanks within that length range.
