• Power-off memory, IPX4 splash protection, and 100–240V input — retains settings after outages and suits a range of power supplies.

Set a consistent light routine for a freshwater aquarium while giving plants a dedicated full-spectrum lamp. The hygger light combines an automated day-to-night cycle with manual color and brightness options, so the lighting can suit daytime viewing, nocturnal viewing, and a programmed daily schedule. Its gradual transitions are designed to avoid abrupt changes that can startle fish; the sequence also helps reduce fish stress and supports vibrant plant growth.

What lighting schedule can the hygger aquarium light create?

Its 24/7 mode moves through warm orange sunrise light, bright full-spectrum midday light, and starry blue nighttime light. In Day-L mode, the light follows an automated daylight cycle, with a 15-minute gradual turn-on and turn-off to soften the change between lighting periods. Choose a timer setting to set the planned duration for this mode.

• Day-L timer choices: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 hours.
• The gradual transition takes 15 minutes as the light turns on and off.
• The sunrise-to-night sequence includes warm orange, full-spectrum, and blue light.

How do the light spectrum and viewing modes work?

The lamp uses 5050 and 2835 LEDs to provide 6500K white light, 665 nm red light, and 460 nm blue light, with a CRI greater than 92. These wavelengths provide balanced aquarium lighting for photosynthesis and plant growth. For adjustable viewing, Color Cycling offers preset color and brightness changes, while Moon-L provides custom color and a separate timer.

• Color Cycling includes 10 colors and five brightness levels from 10% to 100%.
• Moon-L offers custom color selection and 4, 6, 8, or 12-hour timer settings.
• The 6500K, 665 nm, and 460 nm outputs cover white, red, and blue light.

Which aquarium sizes and tank types does it fit?

The extendable brackets fit aquariums measuring 24–30 inches (60–75 cm) in length. The light is compatible with most rimmed and rimless tanks made from glass or acrylic, giving it options across common freshwater aquarium setups. Measure the tank length against this range when choosing a fit.

• Adjustable bracket range: 24–30 inches (60–75 cm).
• Compatible with most rimmed and rimless aquariums.
• Designed for glass and acrylic tanks.

What are the power and housing features?

The 25W light has an ultra-thin aluminum alloy housing designed to dissipate heat. It has an IPX4 splash-proof rating, and its power-off memory retains settings after an outage. The stated input range is 100–240V, and the lamp’s rated lifespan is more than 20,000 hours.

• 25W power draw.
• Aluminum alloy housing that is splash-resistant and easy to clean.
• 100–240V input and power-off memory.
• Rated lifespan: 20,000+ hours.

This hygger aquarium light suits freshwater aquarium keepers who want plant-focused lighting, scheduled day-to-night changes, and adjustable viewing modes in one fixture. Its adjustable brackets fit tanks in the 24–30-inch range, and its timer options support both programmed daylight and blue nighttime viewing. It is designed for aquarium lighting rather than use outside the stated tank-fit range.
