A harness needs to fit the individual pet, not just match a weight estimate. Bark Appeal’s lavender step-in design is made for large to extra-large pets and combines a soft mesh vest with adjustable fastening. Measuring before choosing a size is particularly important if you have bought this harness before, since sizing may have changed and your pet’s measurements may have changed too.

How should I choose the right size?

Measure your pet carefully with Bark Appeal’s sizing and measuring guide before selecting this XL harness. Weight alone is not an accurate way to choose a fit, and previous orders are not a substitute for measuring again. A correctly chosen size helps the adjustable vest fit your pet as intended.

• Use the sizing and measuring guide before purchase.
• Re-measure even if you are a returning customer.
• Account for possible changes in both your pet’s size and the harness sizing.

How does this harness help reduce neck strain?

The harness distributes pulling pressure across the chest rather than concentrating it on the neck. This design is intended to reduce neck strain for dogs and cats while walking. Bark Appeal’s soft vest style uses breathable mesh, with an adjustable strap to secure the harness around your pet.

• Step-in vest design for the harness style.
• Chest-based pressure distribution when a pet pulls.
• Soft, breathable mesh construction.

What features help keep a pet secured?

The harness combines an adjustable strap with a heavy-duty buckle clip and sturdy D-rings. These features provide the fastening and leash attachment points for a secure walking setup. The harness is vet recommended for a safe, secure and comfortable walk.

• Adjustable strap for securing the vest.
• Heavy-duty buckle clip.
• Sturdy D-rings for leash attachment.

This XL lavender harness suits owners of large to extra-large pets who want a step-in vest and chest-distributed pressure for walks. It is an adjustable mesh harness with a buckle clip and D-rings, designed for a measured fit rather than a weight-only size choice.
