The Carhartt Nylon Duck No Pull Dog Harness is an adjustable walking harness designed to give active dogs more controlled walks, with 500-denier polyester and a martingale chest strap.

• 500-denier polyester with Rain Defender DWR — sheds light rain for outdoor walks.
• Martingale chest strap — helps reduce pulling and gives the handler more control.
• Adjustable chest and belly straps — allow a fit tailored to your dog.
• Spacer mesh backing — adds breathability where the harness rests against your dog.
• Reflective low-light stitching — helps make your dog more visible in dim conditions.

Made for everyday handling, training walks, and outdoor time, this harness balances a controlled connection with room for your dog to move. Its over-the-head, yoke-style design sits around the chest and belly, while the adjustable straps let you set the fit. The Carhartt Brown XL size is intended for dogs whose chest girth falls within its stated range.

How does the harness help with pulling?

The martingale chest strap provides the no-pull function, helping you manage your dog during walks and training. The over-the-head yoke-style design keeps the harness positioned around the body, and the design allows a full range of motion while increasing handling control.

• Designed for both training and day-to-day walking.
• Over-the-head outfitting makes the harness a yoke-style fit.

Can this harness handle light rain and low-light walks?

Yes. The 500-denier polyester uses Rain Defender durable water repellent technology to repel light rain and maintain its form through daily use. Reflective stitching improves visibility in low-light conditions, while the spacer mesh backing supports breathability during wear.

• Made for outdoor use in changing weather, including light rain.
• Reflective stitching is intended to increase visibility in dim conditions.
