The Cideny freestanding indoor dog gate creates a movable barrier for doorways, stairways, and hallways, with a 72-inch (183 cm) overall length and 24-inch (61 cm) height.

• No drilling or installation — unfold the gate and position it where you need a barrier.
• Up to 71 inches (180 cm) recommended opening width — helps maintain stability without fully extending the gate.
• Folds to 24 x 18 x 2.76 inches (61 x 46 x 7 cm) — stores in a corner, under a bed, or another tight space.
• Built-in rotating support feet — turn to lock at a 90-degree angle for support, then fold away for storage.
• Metal construction — resists warping from environmental changes and stands up to chewing and scratching.

Use this portable dog barrier to keep your dog out of restricted areas without fixing hardware to walls. Its freestanding design is made for moving between openings as household needs change, including doorways, stairways, and hallways. The foldable form also makes it easier to put the gate away when it is not in use.

What size opening can the Cideny dog gate fit?

The Cideny dog gate is intended for openings up to 71 inches wide for optimal stability. Its overall length is 72 inches, and it can be arranged in a Z-shape to suit different openings. Avoid stretching it fully across an opening; keeping within the recommended width supports a steadier setup.

• Gate height: 24 inches.
• Suitable opening types include doorways, stairways, and hallways.
• Good to know: use the recommended maximum width rather than fully extending the gate.

How does the gate stay in place, and does it need installation?

The Cideny dog gate stands freely and requires no drilling or installation. Its built-in support feet rotate and lock at a right angle during use, providing support while allowing the gate to be repositioned around the home. When the barrier is not needed, the feet fold in with the gate.

• Unfold the gate to set it up; no wall mounting is required.
• Move it between areas when you need to change which spaces are accessible.
• Fold the gate and support feet for storage between uses.

How does the Cideny dog gate fold away?

The Cideny dog gate folds into a compact shape measuring 24 x 18 x 2.76 inches. Store it in a corner, under a bed, or in another tight area when you want the opening clear. This foldable design is useful for households that want a barrier available when needed without leaving it set up all the time.

• Folded dimensions: 24 x 18 x 2.76 inches.
• Metal construction offers an alternative to typical wooden gates and resists warping from environmental changes.
• The gate is made to stand up to chewing and scratching.

The Cideny freestanding dog gate suits dog owners who need a movable, no-drill way to restrict access around indoor openings and want to store the barrier between uses. Its metal build, foldable design, and rotating support feet combine a portable setup with a recommended opening width of up to 71 inches.
