Doglay Dog Life Jacket for Swimming and Boating, Adjustable Reflective Vest with Rescue Handle

Doglay Dog Life Jacket is an adjustable flotation vest for dogs swimming and boating, with buoyancy foam panels and a reinforced rescue handle for added support in the water.

• High-buoyancy foam panels — provide flotation support and are positioned to help keep your dog’s head above water.
• Bright colors and reflective strips — make your dog easier to spot in daylight and low-light conditions.
• Reinforced top handle and heavy-duty D-ring — give you a way to lift or guide your dog and attach a leash.
• Six sizes from 2XS to XL, with adjustable straps — offer fit options across toy, small, medium, and larger dogs.
• Breathable mesh underbelly — drains water quickly and dries quickly after swimming.

Water can challenge dogs that are still learning to swim, tire easily, or have a body shape that makes swimming harder. Doglay’s vest is made for supervised water activities, from pool sessions and beach outings to boat trips and paddle sports, and also supports gentle hydrotherapy.

What support does the Doglay dog life jacket provide in the water?

The vest combines high-buoyancy foam with strategically placed flotation panels designed to help keep your dog’s head above the water. Its foam uses the same material used in premium human life jackets. The breathable mesh beneath the body allows water to drain and helps the vest dry quickly between water activities.

• Designed for swimming in pools, lakes, rivers, and the ocean.
• Suitable for boating, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding.
• Also intended for hydrotherapy and gentle water exercise.

How do I choose a size for my dog?

Measure your dog’s chest girth before selecting one of the six available sizes, ranging from 2XS to XL. Chest girth is the key measurement for choosing a fit, and the adjustable straps allow you to tailor the vest once it is on. If your dog falls between sizes, size up for comfort.

• Size options cover toy, small, medium, and larger dogs.
• Examples of breeds the vest is intended to fit include Yorkshire Terriers, Chihuahuas, French Bulldogs, Pomeranians, Corgis, and Beagles.
• The range extends up to XL; choose based on your dog’s chest measurement rather than breed name alone.

How do the handle and fasteners help during water outings?

A reinforced handle on top gives you a grip for lifting your dog in an emergency or helping them back onto a boat or dock. The heavy-duty D-ring provides a leash attachment point for waterside walks or keeping your dog secure on deck. Quick-release buckles and adjustable straps make the vest easier to put on and remove, including for wiggly dogs.

• Bright colors and reflective details support visibility around water and in low light.
• For a nervous or first-time swimmer, introduce the vest in shallow water and let your dog adjust at their own pace.
• The vest is intended for puppies learning to swim and senior dogs needing buoyancy support during gentle water activity.

Doglay’s life jacket is suited to dogs joining family water activities, especially puppies, senior dogs, and breeds with short legs, dense bodies, or flat faces that may find swimming more difficult. Even dogs that swim well can tire in waves, currents, or deep water, so the vest is designed for added flotation support during water outings. It also offers a way to assist dogs with limited mobility during hydrotherapy or water exercise, including dogs recovering from surgery. For a comfortable fit, use chest girth to select a size and size up when between options. This vest combines adjustable sizing, buoyancy panels, visibility details, and a lifting handle for dogs spending time in or near the water.
