EcoBark Step-In Dog Harness, Grey Reflective Mesh Vest for Small Dogs

EcoBark Step in Dog Harness is a soft, breathable mesh vest for puppies and small dogs, with double-layered fabric and a higher-sitting design.

• Recommended for small breeds weighing 7–10 lb (3.2–4.5 kg) — gives you a clear starting point for choosing a size.
• Double-layered mesh and a custom-stitched anti-rub cover — help keep the vest breathable and reduce rubbing from the strap around the leg.
• Recycled, color-matched straps — add durable strap material to the gray mesh vest.
• Rapid fastener and specialized safety buckle — allow adjustment and provide a secure closure.
• Higher-sitting vest design — is made to make escaping more difficult when the harness fits correctly.
• Quick over-the-head on-and-off design — makes putting the vest on and taking it off straightforward.

Small dogs and puppies need a harness that can be fitted to their size while keeping straps from rubbing during walks. EcoBark’s mesh vest is made for small breeds, with fit guidance based on both breed size and weight. Measuring your dog before choosing a size is important: a correctly fitted harness is central to its intended no-slip, no-choke fit and escape-resistant design.

What size dog is the EcoBark harness made for?

The recommended range is small breeds weighing 7–10 lb (3.2–4.5 kg), including puppies in that size range. Use a flat measuring tape and compare your dog’s measurements with the harness sizing chart before selecting a size; breed and weight alone may not establish the right fit. A correctly measured fit is designed to sit comfortably without slipping or constricting the trachea.

• Harness color: gray.
• Fit guidance uses your dog’s measurements, breed size, and weight.

How is the vest designed to fit and move with a small dog?

The vest sits higher on the dog than many harnesses, and its design is intended to make escape more difficult when sized correctly. The rapid fastener adjusts to dogs with less typical shapes, while the custom-stitched cover helps protect the leg from strap rubbing. EcoBark describes the harness as no-pull and no-choke; its construction is designed not to constrict the trachea.

• Soft mesh is made to remain breathable.
• The anti-rub cover is positioned to help guard against strap friction on the leg.

What materials and closures does the harness use?

The vest combines double-layered mesh with recycled straps and a specialized safety buckle. The straps are dyed to match the outdoor harness, and the buckle is custom-built for strength and lasting safety. The closure design also allows the harness to be taken on and off over the head.

• Straps are made with recycled material.
• The rapid fastener provides adjustment for dogs with varied body shapes.

EcoBark Step in Dog Harness is suited to puppy and small-dog owners who want a breathable vest with adjustable straps and a fit designed around the trachea and leg comfort. Its recommended weight range, measurement-based sizing guidance, and higher-sitting design make correct sizing central to how it is intended to fit; it is made for small dogs rather than larger breeds.
