Water outings can involve swimming, boating, kayaking, surfing and other water sports. This dog flotation vest is made to give dogs buoyancy while they move in the water, with features that help you hold and guide your dog when entering or leaving the water. A close fit matters for the vest to work as intended, so take your dog’s chest measurement before choosing a size.

How does the EMUST Dog Life Preserver help in the water?

The vest combines extra foam padding with a design intended to provide buoyancy as your dog moves through the water. A rescue handle on top gives you a place to grip when helping your dog into or out of the water. Sizes L, XL and XXL have two handles for an additional grab point.

• Use for swimming, boating, kayaking, surfing and water sports.
• A heavy-duty D-ring provides a leash attachment point.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure your dog’s chest girth at the widest point of the ribcage, then use that measurement to choose among the six available sizes, XS through XXL. If your dog falls between two sizes, choose the larger size. The vest’s adjustable straps help you fine-tune the fit.

• Take the chest measurement around the widest part of the ribcage.
• Quick-release buckles make the vest easier to put on and remove.

What materials and visibility details does the vest have?

The vest is made with polyester oxford, nylon and mesh fabric. Its fabric construction is ripstop and quick-drying, while bright colors and reflective strips help make the vest more visible in water and low light.

• Reflective strips extend across the vest.
• Mesh fabric is part of the vest’s construction.

The EMUST Dog Life Preserver suits dog owners planning water activities who want flotation support, a grab handle and a leash attachment point in one vest. Measure the chest at the widest ribcage point to guide your size choice; larger dogs in sizes L, XL and XXL get two handles.
