This leash is made for walks where a dog needs some movement while remaining connected to the handler. Its retractable tape, braking system and soft-stop element are designed for everyday leash handling, while the large size is intended for dogs within the stated weight limit. The orange-and-black colour combination makes the leash easy to identify among walking gear.

How much room does the FLEXI Xtreme leash give a dog?

The tape extends up to 5 m, giving a dog a longer roaming range during a walk than a fixed-length lead. The large model is designed for dogs weighing up to 65 kg (143 lb), so use that limit when choosing the leash for your dog.

• Retractable tape format for adjustable walking range.
• Large size, with a stated maximum dog weight of 65 kg (143 lb).

How does the tape and braking system work?

The FLEXI Xtreme uses FLEXI X11 tape, an elastic soft-stop element and a braking system to manage tape movement. The elastic section absorbs shock when the tape reaches its limit, and the leash has a sturdy stop system and comfortable braking system for controlling the tape.

• Optimized tape drawer manages the tape as it retracts.
• The soft-stop element has reflective properties.

Can the handle be adjusted or the leash expanded?

Yes. The soft-grip handle can be adjusted to fit the size of your hand, and the handle setting is adjustable. A Multi-box and an LED lighting system can also be added to the leash; these are add-on options rather than stated included contents.

• Orange-and-black colourway.
• Adjustable handle setting for a more tailored hold.

The FLEXI Xtreme Large is suited to dog owners looking for a retractable tape leash with added walking range, a shock-absorbing soft-stop element and an adjustable grip. Choose it for a dog within the 65 kg (143 lb) limit; it is a large-size leash built around 5 m of retractable tape and a controlled braking system.
