Gooby Zip-Up Fleece Dog Sweater, Lime, Large – Warm Winter Layer for Small Dogs

Gooby Zip-Up Fleece Dog Sweater is a lime winter layer for small dogs, with a zip closure and 100% polyester fleece for cold-weather wear.

• Fleece helps keep warm air in and moisture from freezing rain or snow out — useful for cold-weather outings.
• Step-in, zip-up design — makes putting the sweater on and taking it off easier.
• Bottom opening and roomy armholes — allow your dog to walk and go to the bathroom.
• Two back D-rings — provide leash attachment points for short walks; not recommended for dogs that pull.
• Machine washable and dryer-friendly — lets you clean it after winter wear.
• Large is sized for a small dog, not necessarily a large-breed dog — use your dog’s measurements to choose a fit.

Cold weather, snow, and sidewalk slush can make everyday outings uncomfortable for small dogs. This fleece vest is made for warmth at home and for brief trips outside, with openings designed to accommodate movement and bathroom breaks. Its zip-up format also suits quick changes when your dog needs to get dressed without a complicated layering routine.

How does the Gooby fleece sweater help in cold weather?

The 100% polyester fleece is designed to help keep warm air in while keeping moisture from freezing rain or snow out. That makes this layer suitable for winter wear at home and on short outdoor outings. The sweater is made for small dogs; the Large size name does not mean it is intended for large breeds.

• Color: Lime.
• Fleece vest construction for cold-weather wear.
• Choose the fit by measuring your dog rather than relying on the size name alone.

How do you put it on, and does it allow bathroom breaks?

The vest is designed for your dog to step in before you zip it closed, making it easier to put on and remove. Its bottom opening and roomy armholes leave space for walking and bathroom breaks, so the design accommodates common needs during wear.

• Zip closure for dressing and removal.
• Bottom opening for bathroom access.
• Roomy armholes for walking.

What should I measure before choosing Large?

Measure your dog’s chest and compare it with the size that fits those measurements. Also make sure the neck opening is larger than your dog’s head so the sweater can be put on comfortably. Large refers to a size in this small-dog garment, not to a large-breed fit.

• Use a tape measure to measure chest size.
• Allow enough room at the neck opening for your dog’s head.
• Five easy-fit sizes are available in the range.

Can the sweater be used with a leash and washed?

Two D-rings on the back can be used for short winter walks. The vest is not recommended for dogs that pull. It is machine washable and can be put in the dryer, helping remove dirt from winter wear.

• Back D-rings for short walks.
• Machine washable and dryer-friendly.

This sweater suits small dogs that need a fleece layer for indoor winter comfort or short outings, and owners who value an easy zip-on design with bathroom access. Its small-dog fit, fleece construction, and movement-friendly openings make it a practical winter layer for that use.
