• Suitable for geckos, lizards and frogs — designed for small reptiles and amphibians.
• Compact cave-style shelters — provide habitat decoration without taking up too much tank space.

These moss caves are made for small reptiles and amphibians that benefit from a sheltered place in their enclosure. They can provide a spot for resting and playing, as well as a space for climbing and exploring when paired with plants and other habitat decorations. Their moss-covered look also adds natural scenery to a tank.

What can a gecko use these moss caves for?

The caves provide a hidden space for rest, play and shedding. Their placement in a decorated habitat can give reptiles room to climb and explore while supporting natural behaviors. They can also serve as a shelter for small amphibians, including frogs.

• Use them as hideouts within a reptile or amphibian tank.
• Arrange them with plants to create areas for exploration.

How do the caves help create a humid hide?

Cover the moss with the included moss substrate and spray it with water mist to add moisture to the hide. The damp moss setup helps maintain humidity inside the tank and creates a humid space for molting.

• Place the moss caves inside the tank.
• Cover the moss and mist it to prepare the humid hide.
