Rain can make a walk uncomfortable, particularly when a dog is exposed to cold, wet conditions. This poncho-style coat is made for rainy-weather outings, combining a coated nylon outer layer with features for walking in a harness. Its lightweight material is intended to let dogs move comfortably in the rain.

Which size should I choose for my dog?

Choose the coat size using your dog’s length, measured from the base of the hood to the longest point of the coat. Medium is intended for pets measuring 16 in (40.6 cm) in length; the other size matches are:

• Small: 12 in (30.5 cm)
• Large: 20 in (50.8 cm); X-Large: 22 in (55.9 cm)
• XX-Large: 26 in (66 cm); XXX-Large: 28 in (71.1 cm)

Use the same length reference when comparing your dog with the size options. The drawstrings allow you to adjust the fit once the coat is on.

How does the coat work with a harness?

A harness opening lets you connect a harness while your dog wears the coat. Reflective panels are incorporated for visibility after dark, making these details useful for walks in changing weather and light.

• Made with a harness passage for walking security.
• Reflective panels are part of the coat design.

What coverage and storage does it provide?

The hood adds coverage around your dog’s head, while the coat’s two pockets hold walking essentials. The nylon material has a water-resistant finish described as a waterproof coating, and the coat has two layers for rainy conditions.

• Yellow colour.
• Lightweight material for comfortable wear in the rain.
• Adjustable drawstrings help create a secure fit.

HDE’s yellow Medium raincoat poncho suits dog owners looking for a hooded coat with a harness opening, reflective panels and pockets for wet-weather walks. Its size selection is based on coat length, so the Medium option is for pets measuring 16 in (40.6 cm) from the base-of-hood reference to the longest point.
