• Soft, adjustable collar — can be tightened to cover the neck and chest area.
• Reflective prints on the rear hem and 3M reflector piping on the back — improve visibility in the dark.
• Wide belly flap — helps keep the coat in place while covering the belly from mud and sand.
• Elastic, silent fabric — allows comfortable wear and makes the coat quick to put on.

Rain and wind can leave a dog’s coat and belly exposed to wet weather, mud and sand. The Monsoon Coat II ECO is made for those conditions, including active outings when a dog is moving and playing. Its collar and belly coverage address areas where water and dirt can reach, while reflective details help make the dog more visible in low light.

How does the Monsoon coat help protect a dog’s neck?

A waterproof tricot rain collar runs around the inside edge of the collar to help prevent water from entering along the dog’s neck. The collar seams run vertically and can be taped to make the collar fully waterproof. Its soft collar can also be tightened around the neck to protect the neck and chest area.

• The collar is designed to close around the dog’s neck.
• Waterproof tricot sits at the collar’s inner edge.

Does the coat stay in place while a dog moves?

The wide belly flap helps hold the coat in position without restricting movement, including during energetic play. It covers the belly to protect it from mud and sand. The fabric is elastic and silent, and the coat is quick to put on.

• The belly flap combines coverage with freedom of movement.
• The fabric’s quiet feel is suited to wear during activity.

How do I choose the right size, and what improves visibility?

Use Hurtta’s size chart and “Measuring Your Dog” guide rather than guessing; back length is the most important measurement for apparel. Monsoon sizing is designed to fit most breeds. Reflective prints on the rear hem and 3M reflector piping on the back improve visibility in the dark.

• This version is identified as size 20 in (50.8 cm).
• Compare your dog’s measurements with the size chart, with particular attention to back length.

The Hurtta Monsoon Coat II ECO suits dogs going out in rainy, windy or muddy weather, especially when neck, chest and belly coverage are useful. Its sizing guidance makes measuring the dog an important step before choosing this 20 in version. For wet-weather outings, it brings together a protective collar, belly coverage, movement-friendly construction and reflective details.
