This habitat brings an aquatic area and a dry basking spot together in one tank. Its compact footprint is intended for juvenile turtles and other small animals, with a built-in platform for climbing out of the water and a bottom drain to simplify water removal during cleaning.

What size juvenile turtle fits this tank?

The tank is sized for a juvenile turtle with a shell width of 0.8–2 in (2.03–5.08 cm). Compare your turtle’s shell width with this range when choosing a habitat. The 11.8 x 7 x 7.3 in (30 x 18 x 18.5 cm) tank dimensions describe the overall enclosure, while the shell-width range is the fit guidance for the turtle.

• Made for juvenile turtles rather than turtles of every size.
• Also suitable for small fish, crayfish, crabs, shrimp, reptiles, and amphibians.

How do the basking platform and drainage work?

The built-in platform provides a dry place for a turtle to climb and rest, and its anti-slip design helps pets climb onto it. A drainage opening at the bottom helps water flow out when it is time to clean the tank. The one-piece construction can hold deep water and is also designed for aquatic animals such as small fish and shrimp.

• The platform is integrated into the tank rather than a separate piece to install.
• Drainage is built into the bottom of the tank.

What is the tank made from, and does it need assembly?

KAKOOTI makes this tank from highly transparent, shatter-resistant PC material. The material is stronger than ordinary glass, according to the product’s stated comparison, and lets you view your pet inside the habitat. Its one-piece design requires no installation; add the accessories needed for your setup before use.

• Black color.
• One-piece tank construction.

KAKOOTI’s tank suits pet owners setting up an aquatic habitat for a juvenile turtle within the stated shell-width range, or a habitat for other small aquatic animals, reptiles, or amphibians. Its defining combination is a clear PC enclosure with an integrated dry basking area and bottom drainage.
