How should I check the Extra Small fit?

Extra Small fits dogs with a 14 in (35.6 cm) neck and a 15–20 in (38.1–50.8 cm) chest. Measure your dog’s neck and chest and compare those measurements with the size range; the neck zipper allows the fit to be adjusted. Kurgo’s size chart is also intended to help you select a size.

Can I attach a leash while my dog wears it?
