Fast eating can mean gulping down a meal in seconds. Lunabear’s slow-feeder bowl is made to encourage a more measured pace, making it a practical choice for dogs that rush their food. Its quiet silicone construction is also an alternative to the clanking sound of metal bowls and the fragile ceramic bowls mentioned as common alternatives.

How does the bowl help fast eaters?

The slow-feeder design encourages dogs to eat at a safer pace and is intended to help reduce gulping, choking, and bloat. It is made for enthusiastic eaters as well as dogs that finish their food very quickly; it does not promise a particular result for every dog.

• Designed specifically to slow the pace of eating.
• Rounded construction has no sharp edges.

What is the Lunabear bowl made of?

The bowl is made from 100% silicone described as food-safe, and it is BPA-free. Its soft material is gentle on a dog’s nose and teeth, while the construction is unbreakable and quiet on floors. The silicone base helps limit slipping as a dog eats, and the rounded design avoids sharp edges.

• Soft silicone provides a quieter mealtime surface.
• Made with safety, durability, and comfort in mind by designers who love pets.

Which food and cleaning methods can I use?

Lunabear slow feeder dog bowls work with both dry kibble and wet food, so you can use the bowl for different meal types. For cleaning, it is dishwasher safe and can also be sterilized with boiling water. It is microwave safe and heat-resistant up to 250°C.

• Suitable for dry and wet meals.
• Boiling-water sterilization is an additional cleaning option.

This bowl suits pet owners looking for a slow-feeding option for a small, medium, or large dog, particularly one that tends to eat quickly. It can serve as a primary feeding bowl or as a quieter alternative to metal and ceramic bowls. Its slow-feeder design, silicone construction, and compatibility with dry and wet food make it a practical fit for everyday mealtimes.
