MEOWFIA Merino Wool Cat Cave, Medium Self-Warming Hideaway Bed

MEOWFIA’s handmade Merino wool cat cave is a soft, portable indoor hideaway and lounging bed, with a Medium size for cats weighing up to 10 lb (4.5 kg).

• Hand-felted Merino wool — gives cats a soft place to hide, rest, or lounge.
• Two-way design — works as an enclosed retreat and a bed on top.
• Lightweight and portable — easy to move around the home.
• Biodegradable and free from microplastics — a wool bed without microplastics.
• Medium and Large sizes — maximum cat weights are 10 lb (4.5 kg) and 20 lb (9 kg), respectively.

Cats often seek a tucked-away spot for sleep and rest, while also enjoying an open surface for lounging or play. This wool cave offers both in one indoor bed, giving your cat a personal retreat that can sit in a room as part of the home.

Can my cat use it as both a cave and a bed?

Yes. Cats can settle inside the cave to hide, sleep, and rest, or lie on top to relax and play. The plush wool interior dampens outside noise, creating a quieter retreat that helps ease anxiety. The wool is designed to help keep cats warm in winter and cool in summer.

• Enclosed interior for a private resting place.
• Top surface for lounging or play.

Which size suits my cat?

The Medium size is suitable for an average Sphynx, Abyssinian, Exotic, or a similar-sized cat, up to 10 lb (4.5 kg). The Large size accommodates cats up to 20 lb (9 kg). If your cat falls between the two sizes, choose the larger size. Since each cave is handmade, its finished size may vary slightly.

• Medium: maximum cat weight of 10 lb (4.5 kg).
• Large: maximum cat weight of 20 lb (9 kg).

What is the cat cave made from?

MEOWFIA crafts each cave by hand from Merino wool, forming a lightweight, soft, and durable felted bed. Wool is biodegradable, and the cave is free from microplastics. Its plush interior also provides the noise-dampening quality that makes the enclosed space a quieter place to settle.

• Hand-crafted from Merino wool.
• Follow wool-care guidelines to help maintain its appearance.

The natural-colored design complements a home’s interior and helps conceal cat fur, dust, and debris. This dual-use cave suits indoor cats and kittens that enjoy a covered place to rest as well as a surface to lounge on; the Medium size is intended for cats up to 10 lb (4.5 kg), and the Large for cats up to 20 lb (9 kg).
