Which pets and trips is the 24-inch Spree carrier made for?

The 24-inch model is intended for large cats, small dog breeds and other small animals on short trips. Cats and small-breed dogs up to 24 lb are within its stated weight limit. The Spree range also comes in 19-inch and 22-inch models, while this listing is for the 24-inch size.

• Suitable for short trips such as vet visits, pet-store runs and park outings.

What are the interior dimensions, and how can I check the fit?

The carrier’s interior measures 22.55 x 15.2 x 14.9 inches. Compare those inside dimensions and the 24 lb weight limit with your pet to choose a suitable fit; the 24-inch model is aimed at large cats and small dogs.

• Interior length: 22.55 inches.
• Interior width: 15.2 inches; interior height: 14.9 inches.

How does the carrier assemble and help during travel?

The patented design assembles in five steps without tools, with parts that snap together rather than requiring nut-and-bolt assembly. Ventilated sides and a wide-wire door allow airflow and visibility, and the door can open in either direction to make loading easier. A built-in handle and lightweight construction help when carrying the assembled carrier.

• Hard-sided shell made from polypropylene.
• Door opens in either direction.
• Backed by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty; MidWest Homes for Pets has an Indiana-based customer care team.

The Spree 24-inch carrier suits people taking a large cat, small dog or other small animal on short journeys and who want a tool-free setup and a wipe-clean shell. Its interior dimensions, two-way door and carry handle make it a practical choice for those specific travel needs.
