The Oxbow Enriched Life Play Table is a small-animal activity and chew toy for encouraging natural play, made with untreated aspen wood and sisal and fitted with interchangeable dangling toys.

• Untreated aspen wood, sisal and vegetable-based dyes, with no glue or chemicals — gives pets materials to explore and chew.
• Interchangeable dangling toys — offers varied shapes and textures for nibbling, tugging and play.
• Designed for chewing, exploring and climbing — brings mental and physical activity into a pet’s habitat.
• Suitable for rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, hamsters and rats — works for a range of small-animal households.
• Compact table for cages or playpens — adds vertical activity where floor space is limited.
• Veterinary-recommended design — combines habitat enrichment with opportunities for natural chewing.

Small pets benefit from opportunities to engage with their surroundings, particularly when their habitat has limited room for floor-based activity. The Play Table creates an activity point for solo pets or homes with multiple small animals, with hanging toys to investigate and a raised surface for climbing and exploring. Its mix of chewable materials and interactive elements makes it an enrichment accessory as well as a place to play.

What activities does the Oxbow Play Table encourage?

The Oxbow Play Table is designed to encourage chewing, exploring, playing and climbing. Dangling toys give pets different shapes and textures to investigate, while the table offers an elevated point of interest in the habitat. Chewing on the accessory supports the natural wear of continually growing teeth; it is an enrichment option, not a substitute for a pet’s full care routine.

• Provides opportunities to nibble and tug at hanging toys.
• Adds a climbing and exploring activity to the enclosure.
• Offers mental and physical engagement through everyday interaction.

Which small pets can use this play table?

The Oxbow Play Table is made for rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, hamsters and rats. It can be used in an individual pet’s habitat or in a multi-pet household, giving these small animals an activity feature to investigate. Its compact design adds vertical interest in smaller enclosures where floor area is limited.

• Suitable for the listed small-animal species, including rabbits and guinea pigs.
• Flexible placement for a cage or playpen.
• Good to know: the product is a habitat accessory for small pets, not a table for people.

What materials and toys are part of the design?

The Oxbow Play Table is made from untreated aspen wood and sisal, with vegetable-based dyes and no glue or chemicals. Its dangling chews are replaceable, so the toy elements can be changed as needed. The combination gives pets different materials and forms to explore through chewing and play.

• Untreated aspen wood forms the table.
• Sisal and vegetable-based dyes are also used in the construction.
• Dangling chew toys can be replaced.

How does the Play Table fit into a pet’s habitat?

Choose its placement to suit the available area and the animals sharing the enclosure.
