Pandaloon Teddy Bear Dog Halloween Costume, Size 4, Front-Facing Adjustable Fit

Pandaloon Dog Halloween Costume is a front-facing teddy bear costume for small and medium dogs and cats, with adjustable girth and leg length for a customizable fit.

• Size 4 fits a 20–23 in (51–58 cm) head-to-front-paws measurement and girth under 27 in (69 cm) — compare your pet’s measurements to choose a suitable fit.
• Adjustable girth, leg length and hoodie-opening toggles — let you tailor key openings and proportions.
• Lightweight, soft fabric — helps keep the costume manageable for your pet to wear.
• Open-back design — allows airflow and flexibility behind the front-facing costume.
• Patented Pandaloon design featured on Shark Tank, TikTok, Good Morning America Day and Nat Geo — a recognizable walking-teddy-bear look.

For Halloween and other occasions when you want a playful pet costume, Pandaloon creates the illusion that your pet is walking upright as a teddy bear. The design faces forward from your dog or cat rather than creating its character at the back. Fit matters to the look and to comfortable wear, so use the listed measurement points and the adjustable features when choosing the costume.

How do I choose size 4 for my pet?

Size 4 is for pets measuring 20–23 in (51–58 cm) from the top of the head toward the front paws, with a girth under 27 in (69 cm). Measure your pet at those points before selecting the size. The costume’s sizing is based on the measurement from the top of the head to the front paws; girth is an additional fit limit. Pets with broad shoulders, including French Bulldogs and Corgis, should look at size 3 and up and compare their measurements with the size-chart examples.

• Use both the head-to-front-paws measurement and girth when assessing size 4.
• Broad-shouldered pets are directed to sizes 3 and up.

What creates the walking teddy bear effect?

The costume is designed to face forward on your pet, giving the teddy bear appearance from the front. Its fit can be customized using the girth and leg-length adjustments, along with toggles at the hoodie opening. These adjustable points help shape the costume around your pet rather than relying on one fixed fit.

• Front-facing design creates the character at the front of your pet.
• Adjustments are provided at the girth, legs and hoodie opening.

What is the costume made like, and who designed it?

Pandaloon’s costume uses soft, lightweight fabric and has an open back. The back is shaped like an expanded corset to allow flexibility and breathability while the front delivers the teddy bear effect. Pandaloon was designed in California by a dog mom and her pup, Huxley. Its patented pet costumes have appeared on Shark Tank and in viral social media and television coverage, including TikTok, Good Morning America Day and Nat Geo.

For broad-shouldered pets, compare measurements with the size-chart examples and consider the guidance for size 3 and up. Size 4 is defined by its head-to-front-paws measurement and girth limit, with adjustable features to tailor the fit.
