Pawfly Aquarium Air Stone Cylinders, 4-Inch 4-Pack for Large Pumps

Pawfly Aquarium Air Stone Cylinders diffuse air into aquariums, ponds and DWC reservoirs, with a 5 L/min jetting volume and a 4-inch cylinder design for larger air pumps.

• Micro-hole surface produces abundant, dense medium bubbles — helps oxygenate water and enliven aquatic environments.
• 5 L/min jetting volume and recommended pump power above 7 W — suited to larger air pumps.
• Standard 3/16 in (4.8 mm) ID airline tubing — fits this common tubing size.
• Washable silicon carbide — made for use around aquatic life and plant roots.
• Each cylinder measures 2 in (5.08 cm) in diameter by 4 in (10.16 cm) high and weighs 0.8 lb (0.36 kg) — sinks and stands steadily underwater.
• Four cylinders per pack — provides multiple air stones for a setup.

These air stones are made to disperse air through water in fish tanks, outdoor garden ponds and DWC reservoirs. Their dense bubbling helps oxygenate the water, while the cylinders settle at the bottom instead of floating around during use. They are designed for aquarium keepers and growers looking to add aeration with a larger pump.

How do Pawfly Aquarium Air Stone Cylinders add bubbles?

Air passes through the many small holes in the silicon carbide, producing a steady flow of medium-sized bubbles. The resulting dense bubbles help oxygenate the tank and enliven its aquatic environment. Model ASC100 has a jetting volume of 5 L/min and is recommended for air pumps rated above 7 W.

• Made for aquariums, DWC systems and ponds.
• Air delivery uses standard 3/16 in (4.8 mm) inner-diameter airline tubing.

Will these air stones fit my setup?

Each cylinder is 2 in (5.08 cm) across and 4 in (10.16 cm) tall, with a weight of 0.8 lb (0.36 kg). Its size and weight help it sink to the bottom and remain upright for steady bubbling. Compare the cylinder dimensions and tubing size with the space and airline in your setup before use.

• The pack contains four air stone cylinders.
• The recommended air pump power is greater than 7 W.

How should I prepare and clean the cylinders?

Soak each air stone fully in water for one hour before its first use. Over weeks or months of use, the small openings can become clogged, so clean the cylinder regularly with a brush. The silicon carbide is washable and does not affect the health of aquatic life.

• Allow the full one-hour soak before putting a cylinder to work.
• Brush the stones regularly to clear buildup from the holes.

Pawfly Aquarium Air Stone Cylinders suit aquarium keepers, pond owners and DWC growers using a pump above 7 W and standard 3/16-inch ID airline tubing. Their weighted, upright design and four-cylinder quantity make them a practical choice for setups that need submerged aeration across multiple points. Each cylinder is made from washable silicon carbide and produces dense medium bubbles through its micro-hole surface.
