The Paws Aboard Reflective Dog Life Jacket is a buoyant dog vest for water activities, with reflective strips and a top rescue handle; this red XX-Small runs small.

• Reflective strips and a vibrant red color — help make your dog more visible in daylight and at night.
• Top rescue handle — gives you a grab point when you need to lift or guide your dog.
• Quick-dry, breathable neoprene — combines lightweight flexibility with a wide range of motion.
• Breathable mesh underbelly — allows water to drain and the vest to dry.
• Adjustable collar and Velcro-secured underbelly — help create a fit for different breeds and body shapes.

For dogs joining their people around water, a life vest adds buoyancy while allowing movement. This style is made for water sports and combines visibility details with a flexible construction and a rescue handle for easier handling.

How do I choose the right size for my dog?

Measure your dog’s body girth at the widest point, just behind the front legs, and use the Blue Sizing Chart to select a size. The XX-Small runs small, so take an accurate measurement rather than estimating. If your dog falls between two sizes, choose the larger size.

• Measure around the body behind the front legs, at its widest point.
• Use body girth—not a guess—to guide your size selection.
• Choose the larger option when your dog is between sizes.

What visibility and handling features does the vest have?

The red vest has reflective strips to increase visibility in daytime and nighttime conditions. A handle on top provides a place to grab your dog quickly when needed. Its bright color and reflective details are practical features for active dogs near the water.

• High-visibility color: red.
• Reflective strips for visibility day and night.
• Top-mounted rescue handle for lifting or guiding.

What is the jacket made of, and how does it fit?

The jacket uses quick-dry, breathable neoprene fabric, with a breathable mesh panel beneath the body. Flexible, lightweight materials allow a wide range of motion, while the mesh underbelly supports drainage and drying. An adjustable collar and Velcro-secured mesh panel help tailor the fit across breeds and body shapes.

• Flexible construction is made for movement during water activities.
• The mesh underbelly is designed to drain water and dry.
• Adjustable collar and Velcro closure provide fit adjustment.

This jacket suits dog owners who take their pets along for water sports and want visibility, buoyancy, and a practical handling point in one vest. Measure carefully before choosing: the red XX-Small runs small, and the jacket’s girth-based sizing guidance helps you select a more suitable fit.
