Petinstinct Extra Large Cat Litter Mat, 30 x 22 in Double-Layer Honeycomb, Waterproof

Petinstinct Extra Large Cat Litter Mat is a double-layer honeycomb mat designed to catch litter around the litter box, with a 30 x 22 in (76.2 x 55.88 cm) footprint.

• 0.35 in (0.89 cm) EVA material — provides a thick, soft surface for paws.
• Compatible with clay, tofu, crystal, pine, corn, walnut, paper and other popular litter types — use it with your preferred litter.
• Waterproof bottom layer and sealed edges — help keep spills and urine from reaching the floor.
• Hundreds of anti-slip grip dots underneath — help keep the mat in place during everyday use.
• Rinse under running water or vacuum — clear remaining litter during cleanup.

Scattered litter around a box can make the area harder to keep tidy. This mat is made to cover a larger area around the litter box, catch loose litter from your cat’s paws and collect it in the lower layer. Its soft surface is also designed to feel gentle underfoot as your cat gets used to the mat.

How does the double-layer honeycomb design catch litter?

The honeycomb top traps litter carried out on your cat’s paws, allowing it to fall through and collect in the waterproof bottom layer. The two-layer construction makes it possible to tip the collected litter back into the box instead of leaving it scattered on the floor. The surface is soft for delicate paws, and is designed to help cats adjust to using a mat.

• Extra-large 30 x 22 in (76.2 x 55.88 cm) coverage for the area around a litter box.
• Collected litter can be emptied back into the litter box to reduce waste.
• The 0.35 in (0.89 cm) EVA mat is lightweight and odor-free.

Will this mat fit my litter box and work with my litter?

Petinstinct’s mat is designed for all types of litter boxes and works with a range of popular litter materials. Compare the 30 x 22 in (76.2 x 55.88 cm) mat footprint with the floor space you have available around your box to choose a suitable placement.

Its litter compatibility includes clay, tofu, crystal, pine, corn, walnut and paper, as well as other popular types. The mat is made from EVA and designed to handle everyday scratching and biting while remaining lightweight. Petinstinct products are tested for more than 1,000 hours for dependable quality and long-lasting performance.

• Designed for use with varied litter types, rather than one specific litter material.
• Made to stand up to daily scratching and biting.
• Measure the available floor area against the mat’s 30 x 22 in (76.2 x 55.88 cm) footprint.

How do I clean the mat and protect the floor underneath?

Empty the litter collected between the layers back into the box, then rinse the mat under running water or vacuum away remaining litter. Its waterproof lower layer and sealed edges help prevent liquids from seeping through, while hundreds of grip dots on the underside help limit shifting.

The mat is designed to protect the floor from litter, spills and urine leaks around the box. For routine tidying, return the trapped litter to the box; for a deeper clean, rinse the mat or use a vacuum. The grip-dot underside helps it stay positioned as your cat uses the litter area.

• Use running water for rinsing or a vacuum for remaining litter.
• The sealed edges work with the waterproof bottom layer to help block liquid seepage.
• The underside has hundreds of anti-slip grip dots.

This mat suits cat owners looking for broad litter-catching coverage, compatibility with different litter types and a surface designed with paw comfort in mind. It is intended for the floor around a litter box, with a 30 x 22 in (76.2 x 55.88 cm) footprint and a double-layer design that collects loose litter for cleanup.
