Romaneco Self-Warming Plush Pet Bed, Large 30 x 22 in Green Cave Bed

Romaneco’s large plush pet bed is a self-warming resting place for indoor cats and small dogs, measuring 30 x 22 in (76.2 x 55.88 cm) and sized for pets up to 25 lb (11.34 kg).

• Self-warming material captures and radiates your pet’s body heat — creates a warm spot for resting and snuggling.
• Semi-enclosed slipper-cave design opens flat — offers a covered hideaway or an open lounging bed.
• Corduroy exterior, Arctic velvet lining and high-resilience PP cotton filling — combine a soft surface with cushioning and support.
• Anti-slip bottom and fully machine-washable construction — help keep the bed in place on non-carpeted floors and make cleaning straightforward.
• Vacuum-packed for arrival; available in two colors — the selected version is green.

Some pets settle more comfortably when they have a warm, partly enclosed place to curl up, burrow or take a nap. Romaneco’s slipper-shaped bed is designed to provide that sheltered resting spot at home, with a cover that can also be opened for a flatter lounging surface.

Can the bed be used as both a cave and an open bed?

Yes. Its semi-enclosed top can stay closed to create a cozy hideaway or open out to make a flat bed. The shape contours around your pet to provide a sense of warmth and privacy, and is designed to help reduce anxiety.

• Use the covered shape for burrowing, snuggling or resting.
• Open the top when your pet prefers a more exposed lounging area.

What makes this bed warm and soft?

The bed combines a breathable corduroy exterior with a soft Arctic velvet lining and high-resilience PP cotton filling. Its self-warming material captures and radiates your pet’s body heat, providing warmth without a separate heat source.

• The filling provides cushioning and support.
• The slipper-style shape creates a partially enclosed resting space.

Which size should I choose, and how do I clean it?

The large bed measures 30 x 22 in (76.2 x 55.88 cm) and fits cats up to 25 lb (11.34 kg) or short-legged dogs up to 18 lb (8.16 kg). The medium measures 24 x 16 in (60.96 x 40.64 cm) and fits small cats up to 15 lb (6.8 kg) or small dogs up to 10 lb (4.54 kg); compare your pet’s weight with these limits when choosing.

• The anti-slip bottom is intended to help secure the bed on non-carpeted surfaces.
• The bed is fully machine washable; machine washing it upon receipt is recommended to help it regain its fluffiness after vacuum packing.

This green large bed suits cat owners and small-dog owners looking for a warm, washable resting place with the option of a covered retreat or an open bed. It is sized for cats up to 25 lb and short-legged dogs up to 18 lb.
