Setting up a dog tie-out outdoors calls for an anchor that can be installed at different locations and helps keep the line from twisting during movement. This stake is made for settings such as campsites, yards, dog houses and beaches, with a long auger design and two installation options for practical setup across those outings.

How can I install the Snagle Paw stake?

Install it by hand with the stainless steel rod, or use an electric screwdriver with the provided electric accessory. The two methods let you select a manual or powered approach for putting the anchor in place. A hex nut driver is included in the set for the electric screwdriver method.

• Manual tool: stainless steel rod.
• Powered setup: electric screwdriver and included hex nut driver.

How does the stake help keep a tie-out line from tangling?

The stake swivels through 360°, helping prevent the cable or leash from tangling while the dog moves. Its longer auger blade is designed to make ground anchoring easier and more secure, while the spiral drill bit and curved blade support placement in the listed outdoor ground types. The lock-cap and extended length are intended to help the stake remain upright, including in wet ground or beach settings, and resist being pulled loose as a dog runs.

• 360° movement supports turning without twisting the line.
• Longer auger blade helps anchor the stake in the ground.

Which outdoor settings and ground types is it made for?

Use the Snagle Paw tie-out stake in sand, clay or rock, and at locations including campsites, yards, dog houses and beaches. Its sharp spiral drill bit and curved auger blade are designed to adapt to these different ground types. The coated surface provides rust protection for outdoor use.

• Ground types: sand, clay and rock.
• Use settings: camping, yards, dog houses and beaches.
