Supet Raised Inflatable Dog Cone Collar with Detachable Shield for Recovery

Supet’s raised inflatable dog cone collar is designed to help stop dogs licking or biting injured or surgical areas, with a detachable protective shield and adjustable hook-and-loop opening.

• Detachable protective shield — adds a barrier over injured or surgical areas.
• Raised inflatable donut design — offers a soft alternative to a traditional Elizabethan collar.
• Wide-angle shield — is designed to avoid obstructing your dog’s vision.
• Adjustable opening and collar attachment — help create a secure fit.
• Zippered, removable cover — can be taken off for washing.
• Non-stick exterior fabric — helps reduce how much pet hair clings to the collar.

Dogs may need a protective collar to limit access to an injured or surgical area. This inflatable donut collar combines a raised shape with a detachable shield for that purpose, while its lightweight construction and soft form are designed with recovery and resting in mind.

How does the shield help protect an injured area?

The detachable shield is designed to help prevent a dog from biting or licking injured or surgical areas. Its wide-angle shape is designed to keep the collar from obstructing your dog’s vision, unlike traditional Elizabethan collars. The donut-shaped collar gives the protective design a softer, rounded appearance.

• Protective shield detaches from the inflatable collar.
• Lightweight construction.
• The collar can also serve as a neck pillow.

How does the collar fit and stay in place?

The hook-and-loop opening adjusts around your dog’s neck, and an interior securement feature lets you attach the collar to your dog’s regular collar. Supet makes this collar for small, medium, and large dogs; the adjustable opening helps tailor the fit to neck size.

For a more secure wear, fasten the collar to your dog’s regular collar using the interior attachment. A good fit depends on your dog’s build: the collar may not suit dogs with long noses, legs, tails, or bodies.

• Adjustable hook-and-loop closure.
• Interior attachment for a regular collar.

How do you clean the cover, and which dogs may it suit?

The zippered outer cover is removable for washing. Its non-stick fabric is designed to pick up less pet hair than velvet-style inflatable collars, which can reduce the need for frequent cleaning. The collar’s soft construction is intended to be comfortable during recovery and can double as a neck pillow.

This design is intended for dogs whose anatomy allows the collar and shield to provide coverage; dogs with long noses, legs, tails, or bodies may be a poor fit. Supet’s raised inflatable collar combines an adjustable fit, a removable washable cover, and a detachable shield for dogs that suit its shape.
