After surgery, dogs need a way to protect their recovery while staying comfortable and able to move. Surgi~Snuggly is made for post-surgical use, including spay and neuter recovery, and offers a wearable alternative to traditional e-collars or cones. Its design also addresses everyday needs, so bathroom breaks do not require removing the suit.

What dogs and procedures is the Surgi~Snuggly recovery suit made for?

The suit is tailored for male and female dogs recovering from spay or neuter surgery. Its purpose is to provide a comfortable clothing-style option during recovery instead of relying on a traditional cone. The American-founded brand was created by veterinarian Dr. Paul O. Williams and his wife, with more than 40 years of veterinary experience informing the design.

• Made for post-surgical recovery.
• Designed for both male and female dogs.

How does the suit work for dressing and bathroom breaks?

To put it on, open the back of the suit; the design does not use snaps or zippers and does not require cutting holes. It is pee- and poo-friendly, allowing dogs to go to the bathroom while wearing it. The stretchable fabric is intended to let pets move freely and comfortably. Its custom-milled textile is designed for a clean recovery experience, with no funk or smells.

• Open-back dressing design.
• Bathroom-friendly without cutting openings in the fabric.

How do you choose Surgi~Snuggly size 2XL?

Size 2XL fits a dog with a spine measurement from 31 to 35 inches (78.7 to 88.9 cm). Surgi~Snuggly’s WAGS size system considers a dog’s weight, girth and spine measurements, so compare your dog’s measurements with the size range when choosing. The full range includes 14 sizes and 7 colors.

• 2XL spine range: 31–35 in (78.7–88.9 cm).
• WAGS sizing considers weight, girth and spine measurements.

Surgi~Snuggly suits dog owners looking for a wearable recovery option for a male or female dog after spay or neuter surgery, particularly when bathroom access and comfortable movement matter. For the 2XL size, the defining fit check is a spine measurement within the 31–35 in range.
