Dogs can slip into seat gaps or leave fur, sand and moisture on a vehicle’s back seat during travel. This cover creates an enclosed, padded space for rides in trucks and SUVs, while its hard base provides a continuous platform across the seat area. Its fit is not intended for captain’s chairs or bucket seats.

How does the hard-bottom design support a dog in the back seat?

The full hard-bottom design creates a level, firm area instead of leaving the space between seats open. Its stated load capacity is 450 lb (204 kg), and the cover is designed to expand the usable seat space by 145%. The enclosed hammock layout helps keep a dog within the covered area and is intended to reduce slipping and travel stress.

• Extra-large format for truck and SUV back seats.
• Thick padding adds cushioning to the travel surface.

What materials help protect against travel mess?

The cover combines 600D Oxford cloth with a hydrophobic layer in a six-layer construction. Water, sand and pet hair are designed to stay on the surface, which can be wiped clean; the cover can also be removed and machine washed. The materials are described as waterproof and wear-resistant, providing a barrier between pets and the vehicle seat.

• Quick-dry surface for wiping down after messy outings.
• Made to help guard the seat from scratches.

How is the cover installed, and what travel features are included?

Adjustable straps, anchors and buckles attach the cover without tools, with setup taking about 3 minutes. A mesh window supports airflow and lets the dog see the front of the vehicle. The built-in seat belt provides a restraint point, while two pockets hold toys or treats.

• Enclosed design keeps the covered seating area defined.
• Five-year guarantee covers accidental damage with a free replacement and no return required.
