hygger Aquarium Bubble Strip, 13.8-Inch Quiet Fine-Bubble Air Diffuser

hygger Aquarium Bubble Strip is an aquarium air diffuser designed to aerate freshwater and saltwater tanks with a quiet curtain of fine bubbles, using a 13.8-inch (35.1 cm) strip and a weighted base.

• Dense, fine-bubble curtain — helps increase dissolved oxygen and creates an even display across the tank.
• Self-sinking weighted base — stays positioned at the bottom for consistent aeration.
• ABS and PVC construction — made from corrosion-resistant plastics for aquarium use.
• Micro-pressure technology and evenly distributed air holes — produce a uniform bubble wall with minimal noise.
• Airline tubing, suction cup and check valve included — connects the strip to a compatible aquarium air pump.

Whether you want to improve aeration or add movement to an aquarium, a bubble strip can serve a practical purpose as well as a decorative one. The hygger strip is made for freshwater and saltwater setups, including quiet spaces such as bedrooms and offices. Its fine bubbles stay suspended longer, helping increase dissolved oxygen, improve water clarity and support fish, shrimp and aquatic plants.

What does the hygger Aquarium Bubble Strip do?

It combines aeration, water movement and a bubble-curtain visual effect in one aquarium diffuser. Air passes through the strip’s evenly spaced holes to create a broad, consistent wall of fine bubbles. This helps circulate water while adding oxygen; the fine bubbles also provide the mist-like appearance that distinguishes the strip from a single-point air stone.

• Made for freshwater and saltwater aquariums.
• Designed to support fish, shrimp and aquatic plants.

How does the strip sit in the tank?

The weighted base is designed to keep the diffuser at the bottom rather than floating or shifting during operation. The strip measures 13.8 inches (35.1 cm), so compare that length with the space available along the aquarium floor. Its ABS and PVC plastic construction is corrosion-resistant.

• Includes one suction cup to help position the setup.
• Use the strip in a location where its full length fits along the tank bottom.

What is included, and which air pump does it fit?

The kit contains one bubble strip, 6.56 ft (2 m) of airline tubing, one suction cup, one check valve and one user manual. It is compatible with most aquarium air pumps rated at 5 W or more; the air pump itself is not included. Soak the strip for 30 minutes before use for best bubble performance.

• The check valve is included as part of the air-line setup.
• Connect to a compatible air pump to operate the diffuser.

This diffuser suits aquarium keepers who want aeration and water circulation alongside a visible bubble feature, including those setting up a tank in a bedroom or office where minimal operating noise matters. Its weighted base, fine-bubble design and included connection accessories make it a fit for freshwater or saltwater tanks with room for a 13.8-inch strip and a compatible air pump.
